4:31 am
for all intents and purposes, no accidents out there, just missing manhole cover, random stuff. >> missing manhole cover? >> it is exciting in the traffic center. just never know what you will get. >> we do potentially have another squawl like came through last night. i have nice coating on my own front lawn. careful out there. if it looks wet, expect it will have frozen over, hopefully not as big after deal. you said it, dry right now, in terms of what storm scan has up its sleeve. taking a look at it right now, anything that tried to build in has in factises recalled in the last say two and a half hours here. but there isn't a larger clipper system that's moving in. and clipper by its very nature tends to bring very little moisture. yep, we will see some snow. i don't think we see it here accumulate in the city. the only accumulation you will have to go north specifically up toward the poconos, especially, maybe as far south as the lehigh valley but very light in intensity, in terms of any rain or snow showers that come through here today. it will be somewhat of a mix,
4:32 am
so be very scat nerd coverage, really the further south you go, the more this will fizzle in terms of how it is covering our area radar. little to no accumulation expected in the city. go up into the mountains, don't be shocked to see one to 3 inches of accumulation, once it gets here it will have multiple hours to actually bring in the light snow. meanwhile, temperatures, quite colds. we have certainly seen a deficit since this same time yesterday. they were from five to almost 10 degrees colder right now than it was this same time yesterday. only expect to go hit about 41 degrees, and that will happen between the hours of 2:00 and 5:00. again, a scattered shower, rain or snow, is yet to kick in the city. just snow, but lightly covering the mountains, and then, down across southern delaware, new jersey, meisha, avenue feeling you won't see much of anything except clouds here today. >> good, i mean, that's actually good, i'll deal with the clouds as long as we don't have a lot of snow coming down or rain. that will will help us. thanks so much, katie. looking outside, the vine, vine is what we are looking at, closed overnight for
4:33 am
construction project we're getting used to. we know katie does not like this closure. >> hate it. >> i'm right there with her. the vine closed westbound and eastbound, completely closed offer right now. it usually starts to open, i would say, right around 5:00 or so. heads up. headed out there you will have to use your alternate. 422 eastbound between trooper and route 23, construction out here as well, that right lane will be closed until right around 6:00 a.m. so we have another about hour and half on that closure right there. won't slow you down too much. in fact you probably won't start to see it until about 6:00 anyway in this area. won't post too many problems, just heads up, know it is out there. also, more construction in jersey, 295 north, southbound between route 73, sign work out there, that will linger through our morning rush then through the afternoon before the beginning start of our evening rush 3:00 p.m. heads up on that, as well. rahel, back to you. >> thank you, today the aclu and other groups will file federal lawsuit, denied entry
