keep you there through 6:00 o'clock, rahel, back to you. we are following breaking news this morning, a hostage standoff continues at the largest mens prison in the state of the delaware. >> self hostages have been released since standoff began yesterday afternoon but two more still being held by inmates. "eyewitness news" reporter trang do is live at vaughn correctional center in smyrna where hostage negotiators are working overtime, good morning , trang. >> reporter: absolutely, jim. those two prison staff members remain inside building c with those inmates. they did release two correctional officers yesterday and overnight we have learned that it is not only talking to authorities but also, to the local media. building c at james t vaughn correctional center rehaines under inmate cop troll going in to a second day of tense negotiations, with delaware state police. >> we have put all of the resources that we have to bear to get our employees out.

>> reporter: this start just after 10:30 a.m. wednesday when inmates took four prison staff members hostage at minimum, maximum security mens prison in smyrna. hearst later two correctional officers were released and treated for non-life threatening injuries. as of thursday morning two hostages remained. >> i have talk to their families. the as you can imagine it has been very difficult for them as well. >> reporter: state police negotiators have been in radio contact with the inmates. inmates that i had their tea manned known in the series of phone calls to delaware paper the news journal. >> we want education first and foremost. we want rehabilitation rams that works for everybody. we want the money to be al-ghaithed so we can know exactly what is going on in the prison budget. >> reporter: robert coupe, delaware secretary of home land security said officials are not making any promises until all of the hostages are released. >> once this matter is resolved, safely, then that is the time to talk, inmates want

was okay if you wanted to have sexual relations with your students. there were this lines of authority. >> according to administrators this grand jury investigation was prompted by school itself. in a statement they said in part while it is difficult, painful to read the report the information that has been compiled as to our examination of the past and rosen sites for the future. in the meantime police arrested a delaware county teacher accused of having a sexual relationship with the female students. authorities say 28 year-old nina scott met the teenager at the village school a youth residential treatment facility in radnor township. they tell "eyewitness news" natalie girl's journal and letters from scott revealed natalie two had a romantic, sexual relationship that lasted from february until october of last year. and in a statement school officials say it was our initial understanding natalie alleged incident did not occur on our rot, and no criminal investigation was conducted on our campus. this afternoon we have learn there radnor township police
