looking outside right now, 422 , head lights moving in the eastbound direction past observation. you can see slowly starting to build levels. overall still looking good good out there. delaware county i would say delaware county heating up pretty quickly for an early, very early friday morning, only around 5:30, vehicles moving in the northbound direction at four a two, heads up on that. plus first accident of the morning here vineland new jersey. route 47, delsea drive, west sweet road. you also have downed traffic light around this area. now, that being said, you can see on our censor map, still traveling at posted speeds. but i will say, maybe in the 6:00 hour, if it doesn't get moved out of the way, that's when we will probably start to slow down little bit. heads up on that. still dealing with some construction, new jersey turnpike southbound route 322, that right lane blocked, that sounds like that right lane will be blocked and linger through our entire morning rush. through the 9:00, through the 10:00, and probably out there until around noon. heads up on that. also little bit of driving problems, because of wing bowl

starting here, in the next 30 minutes, more on that coming up in about ten minutes, jan, over to you. >> meisha, thank you. now awaiting autopsy result in the death after corrections officer, during a hostage stand-off at delaware's large prison. >> yesterday's law enforcement from across the state took part in the procession of the body of sergeant steven floyd. started at the james t vaughn correctional center in smyrna, ended at the medical examiners office. delaware governor john carney has ordered flags flown at half staff. candlelight vigil will be held for sergeant floyd tonight, at the smyrna municipal park starting at 6:00. >> with 120 inmates now considered suspect in the correctional officers death. a mother of one of those inmates says her son recently told her that trouble was brewing in the facility. nearly 18-hour stand-off started around 10:30 wednesday morning, and ended earlier yesterday morning. officials say three male correctional officers and one female counselor were taken hostage, but it was too late for sergeant floyd.

to explain. good morning. >> good morning, guys. >> are there sprayers g numbers as far as heart health these days. >> one of the most important things is go red for women day by the way, why we are all kinds of wearing red. but heart disease leading cause of death for both men and women. we have to keep this in mind. high blood pressure, talking about today, is risk factor for many conditions, stroke and other things. so one thing about high blood pressure i thought was real interesting, 75 million americans have high blood pressure, that's one in three people. but 20% don't even know they have it. this is really important topics that we are are talking about today. >> they don't know they have it, so how often should you get tested for high blood presh shnewer. >> great question. the answer, not one size fits all for this answer. it depends on who you are. the type types every medical conditions that you have. if you have a personal history of high blood pressure, what your family history is, other factors, so it even things like are is your blood pressure controlled? that would tell me as a physician when and how soon i want to bring you back to the

office. depends. >> what are the numbers mean? i'm telling you, could you tell my poo my blood pressure, i don't know this that's good or bad. >> we call you doctor jim. >> in that case, i have no idea. >> we do. so you have this top number, bottom number. top number is cystolic blood pressure, bottom diastolic blood pressure. the top number and bottom number, measuring the force of the blood as it presses against artery walls. the top number is when it is pressing against artery walls during the heartbeat, and the bottom number die diastolic when we have the pressure against the wall during rest. so you say what's the importance of those numbers? often time we pay attention mostly to the top number. honestly we diagnosis blood pressure about both numbers. so both essentially important to us. >> what's it mean though if you have high blood pressure? >> yes, that's a great question. so just means it means those numbers are higher than they should be, it means that your blood is basically, body having to work harder to push that blood through your body.

if you are zero six and over we want your blood pressure less than 150 over 90, less than 60 want that number to be less than 140 over 9o if you have earn erp certain conditions like diabetes, kidney death east, that number should be less than 140 over 90 as well, general guidelines , your doctor may tweak that depending who you are. but remember this is super important. because even if you don't feel like you have high blood pressure, i've had patients, you know, i know you tell me my blood pressure is high, but i don't feel it, i feel fine, i won't treat t the problem with that is blood pressure is a leading cause of stroke. we want to treat it and make sure we get it taken care of. >> good information as always, doctor, thank you very much. >> good to see you guys. >> and i'll have you check my blood pressure, still don't know what it is. >> write it down again for you , jim. >> we will be right back. stay with us.

center city skyline, 29 degrees there. very light breeze at the moment. you barely notice it. storm scan is beginning to show few clouds rolling in southeastern pennsylvania, but at least the lehigh valley still nice and clear. that is allowing temperatures to drop off pretty easily specially where you have the clearest sky. but regardless, you know, the chill heist settled in. so we are going to see daytime highs mid three's today, roughly 10 degrees colder just in general than yesterday, period. so wind chills when the gusts pick up into the mid 20's at best. but you will see a mix of sun and clouds, hour by hour, at least, hands full of different hours throughout the course of the day, we expect high of 36, between the hours of 2:00 and 5:00. but again, with some sun, no system in site yet. we'll have to talk though little bit about a little bit of snow and certainly another storm next week, so, there is comings down the road, but not today. >> good, at least today, friday, we're clear, good news katie, thank you so much. good morning, looking at 95 south at broad street. this is actually the exit you wo
