in these sots. the let's zero in. one of the coldest spots we are finding comes from eileen. the she's out in gilbertsville where is there cloud cover and i like this head line, spring today, winter tomorrow, and you want to probably use today to prepare for tomorrow because we have major changes coming our way. lets drop down to the south here where it is 58 this morning from greg. he has nothing more than a couple clouds. things began to clear out. he said his ground is still damp. that brings up a good point, ground is still cold despite the fact that we have temperatures in the 60's. one more for you 58, that comes in this morning from dave bradley, he is off to a mile start with cloudy skies in essington. eveningsing it is quite balmy outside. next we will go to the maps. storm number one, making its exit, no harm, no foul. this is the next guy this will roll east pretty quickly. as it gets to the coastline it will rapidly intensify. as that happens, this moisture will rotated out, and we will end up with a good snow, just as cold air is catching up to

sound of that, katie, i got to tell you, it will be very busy tomorrow. so we will have to factor that into our lance all morning long, and what we're looking at right now is it is dealing really warm. we are dealing with wet roadways, that will try, being that it is already, 60 degrees it has been since 4:00 o'clock hour. right now we are looking at a disable vehicle schuylkill westbound past south street, it is on the on ramp from south street if you hold on to that heed yan area. we will get gaper delays. you can see how many vehicles are out there and you will be tapping on your breaks, and still very dark out there with wet roadways just take it easy also patco running a special schedule eastbound, from starting at 9:32 to 1:44 p.m. and also market frankford line just a reminder we are running a modified schedule nearly 100 cars are on service. bus service running during peak hours it will be delayed a little bit and also bus route are also going to be delayed.
