but according to these just filed court papers, katherine is, quote, afraid to go home. the reason? allegedly because of this man. trent lamar jackson. he's katherine's nephew by marriage. he has appeared on la toya's reality show. he was supposed to be a driver for katherine but over time he made himself a care custodian, quote, to control her every move. katherine claims trent accessed her bank account without permission, stayed rent-free in her calabasas home, estranged her from her children and gained a key to her bedroom without permission. and he tricked her into going to indiana for what she thought would be a brief trip. he allegedly kept her there for more than a month. this will allow her to get him out of her guest house while she is out of town. katherine is executive of michael jackson's $20 billion estate. in 2012, she was at the center
