the region is in a wind advisory, and they all last until 6:00 p.m. so all affected here, highest gust for these counties, could even finds rest of the region southeastern pa, 55-mile per hour guys, that could send your patio furniture flying, make sure if you have anything sitting on the porch or deck that could fly that it is secure or just brought inside. as we go throughout the day here, there again, maybe snow shower that fires up around the poconos, wouldn't accumulate to anything, but will reduce visibility. key, the winds, a very bluster day, and not going to let up until much later today. >> in fact, penndot lust us know if you're on air, it is so windy out there, they can't control. that will katie, thank you so much. good morning, everyone, happy mondayment looking outside right now, we still do have the camera shots, both of which i will show you now, seeing them move around little bit. we know it is windy out there.

schuylkill in the eastbound direction, spring garden, center city looking very quiet. westbound direction, still early, still dark, we know, will change little bit. ben franklin bridge same story, he can actually what we can expect at 4:30 in the morning, moving in the westbound toward center city over the ben franklin bridge looking great. we do have this accident in warrington, 611 at street road and bristol road. one lane blocked there. disable vehicle not slowing you down at all, off the road, no lanes blocked here, but just heads up in upper dublin, route 309, willow grove avenue, good thing to know, it is still dark out, there and windy. rahel, jim, back to you. >> thank you. strong winds katie and meisha have been talking about still causing problems for power lines. >> could also blow anything away that's not tied down. katie mentioned, no better place to show you just how windy it is right now than here on the ben franklin parkway, where you can see, all of the flags up above us. not too bad right now. we have been seeing some really strong gusts this morning, enough to live back and forth. use caution while driving specially as katie mentioned high profile vehicles like box trucks and the national weather service says also potential for downed trees and power lines, ahead of the wind advisory, city, to anchor down materials like parks, signs, city also encouraged property owners to really secure the patio turn tour and other items that could break loose, and cause damage. people i talked to earlier this morning definitely noticed the winds gust, but they didn't seem too bothered guy. >> pretty bad, the winds but i'm a big guy, so the wind won't blow me down the street at all. maybe somebody thin, but i think i can handle it a little

carlisle. the victim now in stable condition, so far, no word on motive or a suspect. >> stand-out college basketball player from philadelphia is recovering after he was shot over the weekend. take a look, this is file video of townsend video senior john davis hours after playing drexel saturday, shot in a drive-by shooting outside his family home. we're told davis was treated for gunshot wound to the leg. davis is 2013 graduate of neumann-goretti high school. >> community in philadelphia's bridesburg section outraged after neighborhood cemetery is vandalized. thirty-three tombstones inside of holy redeem he err cemetery found knocked offer by a man passing bye-bye his dog. he posted the damaged tombstones on social media. >> people of families gone now, you pretty much just kick it over, and like no respect for human life at all. >> several members of the community voluntarily came out to upright the tombstones.

good morning, ladies? happy monday. so winds, wind, wind, oh, the cameras, seeing downed trees, downed polls, in fact, we have five downed trees right now. they are actually closing down the roadways. so it is an issue this morning. >> keep an eyes out there, a lot of rain reese lengthy, not saying it will definitely happen but keep your wits about you f a branch comes down, you don't want to get conked in the haded here. i saw lot of debris flying around, even on my drive in. if today is garbage day for you, i highly suggest trying to keep it in the house until the last possible second. that will sends your garbage cans flying down the street. keep that in mind. anything that is loose outside will need to be secured. right now, you can actually see the wind driving a couple of snow showers even out there in the last couple of hours, things are generally clear at this point. but, this whole winds issue is coming courtesy of pressure gradient. all that means, area of low pressure departing. high pressure is trying to move in. you get the wind tunnel effect
