"eyewitness news" played in getting her back to school. >> we begin with breaking news. philadelphia police open fire shooting suspect in multiple times. chopper 3 over the scene at shelton and lambert street in west oak lane, we know this began were when two plainclothes officers spot todd men leaving a location. those males went to get into car. the alarm went off. police went over to investigate and one suspect took off on foot. he was shot multiple times and is in critical but stable condition. we'll have more and updates as we get them. good evening i'm ukee washington >> i'm jessica dean. tonight a video going viral. >> atlantic city police officers angry profanity filled tirade leads to an internal affairs investigation. >> this video begins in the middle of the traffic stop.

it is appears the unidentified officer was upset. one of the two men in the car was recording the encounter. the officer told them he was wearing a body camera and demand he stop recording. the officer is heard telling them he would knock them out and made other threats. >> put your hand in my face and i'll knock you out. you understand me? calm down. you feel me? >> yes, sir. >> statement the police department said the language and tone used by our officer in the video is concerning and is not condoned by this department. the officer involved has been placed on an administrative assignment pending the outcome of the investigation. and the police union says a nighttime traffic stop is dangerous. adding it is imperative we remain in control of the scene. sometimes in order to regain that control, strong language is used. i have faith that the department will do a complete investigation of the entire stop and not the

brief clip going around social media. . a philadelphia gas works employee is recovering after getting hit by a police car. chopper 3 over westminster in west philadelphia. police were pursuing a sedan when the occupants got out and took off on foot. police followed and a police car rolled into the pgw worker who suffered a broken leg. the worker was taken to penn presbyterian medical center. tomorrow may find some businesses that you count on are closed. due to a day without immigrants protest taking place across the nation. northern new england. you can see the heavy snow over maine and nova the big story will be the wind. on the neighborhood network, temperatures are in the upper 30's for most spots but you can see the winds are brisk. 15 to 20 miles an hour. new castle airport as well and winds are gusting to up to 30 miles an hour. 31 miles an hour gusts in mount pocono and millville. 25 miles per hour gust it's at the airport and 30 in allentown. that's going to take your temperature and make it feel about ten to 12 degrees colder than what the thermometer indicates and that will be the case tomorrow as well. this is a similar setup to what we saw monday we had a strong storm over eastern canada and portions of maine, high pressure building in behind it. tightly packed ice. not as strong of a gradient as

monday, the winds will not be quite as strong, we don't have wind advisories or warnings, not damaging wind strong gusty wind winds, high pressure establishes itself friday, we get more sunshine but notice the warm and right here you see the yellow and green, billowing in within starting over the westbound and this is a pretty sustained warmup it's not going to be a one-day thing and we're back to the cold, we're talking at least five days of temperatures well above average. tomorrow morning, though, again, you'll need the heavy coat, we're talking teens when you wake up and even in the afternoon, with temperatures in the 40's, it will feel any better than the upper 20's friday morning again feeling like the teens it will feel better in the afternoon and we swing into early spring like weather, 57 degrees by saturday, 64 on sunday, that's a full 20 degrees above average. and monday, president's day still around 60 just a little cooler indication that it back to a cool front will edge in and temps drop slightly. tonight is cold and blustery,
