still no arrests this afternoon, though investigators here in juniata say they do have surveillance video of the entire thing from home surveillance video inside this house. now, let's back up three days. around 11:00 friday night, february 17th, that's when police say the victim here, 50 year old man, neighbors identified by his first name, steve, well, steve was work in his home garage. the door of the garage opened, two mask men came inside. they found the homeowner with electrical tape, gagged him with a rag, and in one of the home's bedrooms, that entire terrifying ordeal lasted just 15 minutes, police say, but they say the victim could not free himself. he stayed tied up in the bedroom for more than two days until his brother found him last night, around 5:00. he took his brother to the hospital tore treated for severe facial injuries as well as injuries to his arms and

his legs, hand and his feet, because he was bound for three days with a rag bound up with electrical tape. >> once again, no suspect have been identified. police are searching and reviewing that surveillance video. investigators also say they're not sure if anything was taken, right now simply unsure of motive. live here in juniata park, greg argos, cbs-3, "eyewitness news." >> still a lot of work for investigators, thank you demonstrate ers protesting donald trump, across from city hall, expected to run until about 3:00. today's protests followed weekend of protests, for immigrants, lgbt community. >> president trump is spending most of the president's day holiday at his florida estate. but it is not a day off. correspondent craig boswell is at the white house with what's on the president's agenda.

before 9:00 this morning, eastbound between the exits for morgantown and downingtown. so far there are no report of serious injuries, and the accident has been cleared. and we are also still waiting to hear on the conditions of three pedestrians struck by a car on city avenue. it happened shortly before 10:00 last night, before monument road, wynnefield height. car windshield was smashed on impact. at last check police are still investigating the cause of the crash. no word on if any charges will be filed. meanwhile, police need your help identify ago man they say may be involved in an arson. authorities say this man was seen february 12th shortly before 4:30 a.m. on the 700 block of south fourth street. surveillance video shows the suspect trying to open vehicle doors, short time later the man is seen running from a fire, at the famous fourth street deli. anyone who recognizes him is asked to call police. >> well, it may not be as warm today as it was this weekend, but the good news is that those temperatures are still above average. let's get first check of the forecast with meteorologist, katie fehlinger, on the cbs-3

skydeck. we can take that, kate. >> i already well above average as we are hitting high noon here look like we'll tack few additional degrees. it is nice and sunny across the delaware valley right now, barely cloud out here. i take a look behind me over center city, a couple of streaky white clouds. that's really it. so really beautiful afternoon unfolding for us. granted, it is to isn't as warm as yet. so, i feel like we're probably going to see some break out in shorts, t-shirt here today, but still want to have probably extra layer ready to go. take a look, where we currently stand at 54 degrees at philadelphia international airport. i must say it is not terribly breezy certainly on the cbs-3 skydeck. with the sun at me back feels real comfortable. i do need a coat. put it that way. 56 degrees atlantic city, at 40 currently mount pocono, not expect to go rebound too much further from these values. we did have cold front move through after all yesterday. so it has sent us back.

up to 57 though for your president's day holiday in the sunshine, so again not as warm, but still doing pretty good if you like that warmth, guys, back to you. >> katie, thank you. well, police say there has been north dollars reported abduction in new castle county. they believe the second case is related to kidnapping last week. most recent incident took place last night at the a runs recall and the in pike creek. new castle county authorities are holding press conference right now on the abduction, live picture, let's listen >> last night reported kidnapping, female victim arrived home to the apartment complex about 7:45 p.m. when she was approached by a male in the common area of our apartment building. the man was wearing a black mask, dark clothing, and brandishing a handgun. the suspect forced the victim into her apartment where he

demanded money. the suspect physically and sexually assaulted the victim. the suspect forced the victim outside and into her vehicle, where he drove her to several atm's until the pike creek area. and forced to withdraw undisclosed amount of money. the suspect and victim went to the following atm in pike creek: pnc bike on lion stone road, wells fargo on limestone road, at paper mill road, m and t bank on limestone road, art son bank in the linden hill shopping center. during this incident similar to the kidnapping at the top of the hill apartments, the suspect spoke to himself about his intentions and plans. the victim was able to escape and call the 911. she was taken to an area hospital for treatment where she was treated and released for non-life threatening injuries. >> we will have a full report

>> welcome back this president's day, national constitution center welcoming visitors for free today, learn first-hand what it takes to be commander in chief. the kids town hall will feature some very famous guests. thomas jefferson, abraham lincoln and teddy ross svelt. well, group of high school student in bucks county are walking to doils today passing out message of peace. chopper three over the scene where the local chopper of the showing up for racial justice and local youth organizations are passing out homemade smart shaped flyers to local businesses and resident. the signs are meant to promote acceptance and inclusion. last week, the group made the heart shape flyers in response to the distribution of kkk recruitment flyers, found in the neighborhood on valentine day. local businesses are encouraged to place the heart shaped flyers promoting peace on display. and the researchers may be one step closer to irradicate g zika virus, say developers

moved through the region, the worse of the rain is expected through tomorrow, but residents are worried the repairs to the damn's emergency spillway may not hold. authorities say so far the lake elevation has lowered, but they're warning resident to be ready to leave at a moment's notice. and officials say at least 100 homes were damaged when storms tore through san antonio texas overnight, five reported injuries, all minor, the high winds tore roof off homes, knocked down trees, experts will evaluate the damage, to see if some is caused by tornados, the area supposed to get better weather today. here's hoping for that. >> i won't complain about anything. >> yes. >> we don't have dams falling apart, we don't have tornados, we just have nice weather, kate. >> i no kidding, and technically a lot cooler than comparison to yesterday. ended up with 07 degrees, yes, really warm day, today not quite as warm, but still above average. still talking at least 10 degrees above average for all of the region here. already, well into the 50's, normal high is 45. so we're on pace to once more
