nicholas fisher lure add 13-year-old boy using the ap grinder to a community park where he sexual assaulted the child outside. on february 3rd, police say that nathan a 29-year-old from lamp bettersville lured a different 13 boy to the same location. the victim told police that the assault occurred at the park in the suspect's truck. that suspect is referred to as nate and sometimes jake. according to police documents he pressured the boy to meet at the park using snapchat >> there's potential for additional victims. >> reporter: in a letter to parents, it stated this type of news reminds all of us that our community is not immune from facing serious situations. the district will be working with police on unsurprised use of smart devices

and reenter service. david spunt is live in upper darby where investigators are trying to figure out why things went so wrong. >> reporter: just after 8:00 tuesday morning, a train rear-ended another at the turn around loop at 69th street station. seven cars derailed. four people injured but expected to be ok. >> it's extremely dangerous. it would be great to know that philadelphia has a way to make public transit same little bit more safe >> jennifer is a proud septa rider but re but admits pride has been in question lately >> even on the train itself i feel a little nevertheless. >> reporter: tuesday's crash is another safety related incident involving septa over the past nine months. in july, officials had to pull 120 units after someone discovered cracks under the cars. >> i'm glad they caught them before something dangerous happened.

statue of liberty. activist hung the banner on the base of lady liberty. it was up for about three hours before park rangers removed it attaching signs to the national monument is banned. park police are trying to figure out who put it there have not. small plane crashes into a shopping center in australia killing four american touristses as well as the australian pilot. the plane designed on the shopping center. moments later, cell phone video shows flame and billowing dark smoke. the mall was closed at the time. police say the plane's engine failed after take-off a mother is thanking police officers for saving her one-year-old son. he suddenly stopped breathing at the north philadelphia home monday. the family frantically called 911 and officers quickly arrived. officer jeremy elliot performed cpr more than ten minutes.

stormscan 3 shows changes on the way. fronts moves across the region, this is really washing out, not a whole lot with it. overnight or tomorrow morning a sprinkle then the clouds start to break up. you can see few stray sprinkles here and there across the state of pennsylvania down to west virginia. as far as the big picture across the eastern half of the country. a lot of rain in portions of georgia, alabama and florida, that is moving awayly. going to stay to our south. our next system, pattern changer is still developing over pacific northwest, that won't get here still saturday. you can see the clouds in place from the palmyra cove nature park. here are the temps. today and yesterday we were in more of an east flow off the 42 degree ocean. you're not going to get much warmer than the 40's and 50's. it is 42. 48 in dc. but you head back towards cleveland and pittsburgh you can see the southwest flow.

that's where temperatures are in the 50's to near 60. high today lit 51, it was the coldest day of this particular stretch, about six degrees above average. morning low of 34 was about five degrees above the normal. record for today was 72 and we miss that day by quite a wide margin but we might have the chance to break the record. tomorrow could start off with few scattered sprinkles. a bit of a gloomy start to the day. by 3:00. you can see the clouds start to lighten up, more sunshine and looks like the sun will come out to bring us a pretty nice sunset. tomorrow cloudy start stray sprinkle early. then some late day clearing, again, going to take its time. the sun probably not coming out to 3:00, 4:00. ten to 12 degrees warmer than today. thursday is the day we could break a record. 71 degrees thursday. normal high is 45.
