down tree creek road closed between, waterstock lane. your all the that it will be chester road and head up, market frankford line after derailment yesterday, back to full service today. back to you. investigators are trying to determine what caused a fatal crash in montgomery county. police say a car hit a couple of trees late last night at intersection of the ashton felter and black road in upper providence. one person died in the crash. police say car caught fire after hitting the second tree. another crash overnight send two people to the hospital, police say two cars collided on northeast extension of the pennsylvania turnpike, this happened just after hid night, in the northbound lanes near walton road and plymouth meeting. there is no word on the condition, and roadway is back opened. many questions are still unanswered after septa crashed leaves four people injured and commuters are voicing their frustration about setbacks. >> "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabao is live with more on this story, good morning,

jan. >> reporter: rahel and jim, good morning. first lets start with an update on the investigation, ntsb investigators second to resume their work today to try to figure out exactly what went wrong here yesterday, up until this point investigators have not said too much about those homes leading up to this crash and derailment. they have not indicated whether an operator error was involved here or a mechanical issue. live on the scene, you can see a number of septa workers remained here overnight working to get these cars back on the track is here outside of the 69th street terminal, with that said, market frankford service has resume, but we are told riders can expect some residual delays. "eyewitness news" spoke to passengers just getting fed up with septa and growing list of service disruptions. >> it is dangerous. it would be great for them if philadelphia has a way to make our public transit system a little bit the shore safe. >> i tiehl like i have to keep an eye on things and even on the train itself i always feel

a little nervous. >> reporter: now this all started just after 8:00 o'clock yesterday morning officials say a septa el train plowed this is the back of the second train stopped on the track and then sideswiped a third train here. seven cars in all derailed, four people were injured, mysterious injury operator of that first train was taken to the hospital this critical condition. now this section of the track is actually a loop which allows trains from the market frankford line to roll roll out, through 69th street terminal and into upper darby before turning around and heading back into the city. speed here are limited to 10 miles per hour, septa does confirm that train control technology is in lays here, that should have prevented this crash. >> is there an automatic train control system, it is a signal system so that the trains move under signal authority and the signal system will keep the trains separated. >> reporter: there are a lot of unanswered questions here

children and they believe there are moore victims. >> these children can access any application on their cell phones through their tablets, lap tops and gaming consoles where predators or offenders can reach out to them. >> but solebury township police say parents should know their children's pass word and restrict use of phones and computers, they also recommend screen shot anything suspicious and pass that information to police. a teacher is awaiting extradition to atlantic county on charges of having a sexual relationship with the female student. u.s. marshals arrested william jacobs in florida, jacobs of folsom is a teacher at buena regional high school. investigators say he had sex with a 17 year-old female student. authorities in montgomery county are investigating yet the another rooftop break in, this new incident we have learned about happened on february 13th at the pennsylvania he will food market in montgomery township. take a look at these photos, police say suspects entered patel by way of the duct work on the roof.

lehigh valley but i don't think we will tiehl with much more than that this morning. there it clears out for more sunshine as day goes on. while it may not be obvious to the naked eye here looking across western united states there is a storm system brewing across rockies, inter mountain west. that is next storm system that moves out from the front range in the plains and then head our way to bring in potential for heavy rain and thunderstorms. that will come in the weekend, however. in the meantime we have a couple shower chances here and there for first part of the day today and then later this afternoon you'll see skies clearing out nicely. we will look ahead to tomorrow and there is a disturbance nearby that could trigger a shower or thunder shower even but not the enough to cancel any outdoor plans and friday maybe a spotty shower but you can see how things brew off to the west. there might be a full on blizzard back toward, parts of the minnesota but here, it will be a rain, thunderstorm event. certainly we will getting theme going with milder air already. we are 10 to 12 to 14 degrees
