spoke to passengers getting fed up with septa and growing list of problems. market frankford service has resume, riders hey screens residual delays today and this disruption comes after an unrelated issue back in july when officials pulled 120 cars out of of service because of cracks. >> we do look all the time at our equipment. we will in the run anything that is in the safe. >> reporter: tuesday's came after 8:00 in the morning and officials say a septa el train plowed in the back of the second train stopped on the track and then sideswiped a third train here. four people were injured, most serious operator of that first train who was taken to the hospital in critical condition now this section of the track is a loop which allows trains on the market frankford line to roll roll out of the city through 69th street terminal and into upper darby were turning around and heading back in the city. speeds are limited to 10 miles an hour and septa has confirmed that train technology has been installed here that should have prevent ed this crash. >> is there an automatic train

philadelphia the flames broke out in the 1700 block of north crosskey street shortly before 3:00 a.m. tire was put out a few minutes later. fortunately no one was injured two men are charge with sexually assaulting two teenage boys in the bucks county park in separate incidents. investigators believe there are more victims. both attacks happened at the pennsylvania path livesky park in solebury township. saul barsonnies charge with sexually assaulting a boy earlier this month. nicholas fisher is charged in january. police say they have found no connection between the cases but they do say both men used app toss lure their victims. >> these children can access any application on their cell phones, tablets, lap tops and even gaming consoles where predators or offenders cab reach out to them. >> solebury township police say parents should know their child's pass word and restrict use late at night. if you find something suspicious screen shot it and save it. that information could help police. police in gloucester township are investigating an

these are all folks who do not have boarding passes and need to check those bags and unable to do so. as we look over to the agents over here thurman you'llly entering in these passengers and getting them boarding passes. the line is moving, albeit slowly but it is not a total stop here. they are able to get their passes but just after a extremely licensing wait. the these people are telling me that their flights were supposed to leave at 6:00 we are seeing tweets on line there people who are on these planes who had their boarding passes where they are saying that the planes are just half full and they are sitting there on the tarmac waiting for these folks to get on the planes with them, so just a very serious situation here at american airlines here but as meisha mentioned this is only affecting american airlines passengers, all other airlines are operating as normal. also, because of this issue here at this airport there has been a gun stop for departures
