field streets. 4-year-old victim was steps away from his home. he is now in critical condition. officers think they found the car that hit him. bought they're still looking for the driver. we'll stay on on top of this driver and bring you update as we get them. good evening i'm jessica dean. >> i'm ukee washington. >> and to our other top story a road rage shooting that put a 15-year-old girl in the hospital. >> huff huff here with how this happened. >> the man charged is former officer with upper gwynedd police force serving from 2000 to 20009 before being honorably discharged. it was an altercation that began on the road with horns and jess turz skainkd and escalated when police say one car began to follow the other. around 10 p.m. saturday former upper gwynedd police officer owen farmer got a call from his stepdaughter telling him he was being tailed by bmw and to

standby with a gun outside their west point home. according to police documents when she arrived to the 1900 block of second street with the bmw behind her a confrontation ensued during which farmer told investigators the bmw ran over his foot. now inside of that bmw was a family, mother, who was drivin driving, father and their 1 15-year-old daughter, police say as the driver sped off he fired three shots one travrming through the passenger seat and hitting the 15-year-old girl in the back. she was treated at the hospital and later released. farmer has been charged with two counts of aggravated and simple assault and three counts of reckless endangerment. >> i spoke with the father of the victim tonight. again, he was in the vehicle at the time. he chose not to comment on the incident. reporting live in montgomery country, hof hof, eyewitness news. >> and police in wilmington tonight are investigating an an attempted sexual assault at

brandy whine park. a 28-year-old woman was out for a run and attacked 7:30 last night and pushed to the ground by a man and when he tried assault her she faust him off. the suspects ran from the scen scene. >> police in goingster released a sketch of a man wanted for an attempted kidnapping. he's accused of pulling a woman into his suv monday night. when she screamed he let her go. they think new model suv possible bmwx 1 or x 3. >> a rooftop fire in gloss stor county. fierce flames broke out at a building under construction ol oldman's creek road logan trp township. it took fire fighters three hours to bring it under control. >> solidarity in a wake on jewish cemetery yeahs. a local man is leading a campaign to repair the damage. eyewitness news reporter david spunt is live with more on thi

was blue sky across the area in the afternoon. it turned out to be a beautiful day. records were broken across the region. 7 was the high in wilmington breaking record of 72 and mount pocono got to 63 breaking record of 60 and both reading and allentown with new records set today. and and well above average and 11:19 at night and well around 60 degrees and that's over taken much of the northeast united states and in fact it's 64 in new york city. right now, on february night, near midnight. take a look at these departure departures. 27 above average today and we've had one, two, three, four, days this month with 20 plus degree departures for average than will go down as one of the warmest februarys of all time if not the warm nest philadelphia. overnight just a couple of showers in the poconos and see those klorz outen and tomorrow dense fog and heading into the

morning hours and in and out ever the clouds tomorrow and partly sunny day and a warm day. and waking up saturday morning to clouds, fog and scattered showers and drizzle and heading into the afternoon there may be a few breaks of sun but it's this line of storms you really want to keep an eye out for. if you have outdoor plans you can get out and i enjoy the warnlth between here 5 and 7 p.m. line of gustsy thunderstorms rolls through here's 7:00 south jersey and gusty winds and heavy rain possible with any one of the storms and that moons you want to stay indoors when these are rolling through zoo night and behind that it turns much, much cooler as we head to part two of the weekend. take a quick look. fogy, warm, drops only to 5 for the low. tomorrow fog in the morning giving way to sunshine and feeling like may again. 72 and we will be challenging some records. we hit 70 again saturday and again that's our transition gusty storms in the afternoon and then little dose of
