lately, been fantastic, the weather. >> people want to break out the grills this afternoon, do little barbeques, why not? get it done early. afternoon, evening hours, will run the risk for some showers, maybe strong to severe thunderstorms, almost like summer like day in the morning, starts offer with little sunshine, early afternoon okay, then the showers, storms, start to move on in from pretty strong cold front. but the month of february, this is pretty incredible, we are now averaging 8 degrees above average for the month so far when you take the highs and the lows together, and we are going to finish this month off well above average. precipitation down about inch and a half will make little bit every dent in that today. i don't think we'll see whole lot of rain. it depends, get stuck under heavier showers or storms, can dump a lot of rain. if will be isolated heavy rainfall across the region. high temperature yesterday 74 degrees, tide record. low was 22. looks like we have a shot at reaching the low 70s today. not setting a new record. record high today is 79 degrees. we have the mild air in place.

and storms with highs around 70. maybe 72 degrees for philadelphia. there is the reason. the front coming through, it has got a lot of warm air ahead of t winds switch north to northwest bridges in cooler air. then tomorrow back to mostly sunny skies. high pressure building in across the region, turns out to be nice day overall, just going to be noticeably colder with temperatures close to average in the 40's. some clouds return monday. still dry. next system will hold off until tuesday and wednesday. so the main threat from these storms, later this afternoon, high risk for downpours, strong gusty winds, we will see some lightning with these storms that do develop. even small chances for some hail maybe even isolated tornado in some parts of the eastern united state. showers hold off until probably 1:00, 2:00 for berks county, the poconos, moves into the city around 4:00, 5:00, 6:00. see red showing up potential heavy rainfall with thunderstorms, the storms mover into south jersey early evening, should be off shore by around 8:00 or so. so quick moving cold front. behind the front we start it
