travel out there because of quick rounds of showers moving through. so very again much location dependent here. but it is worth a mention. we take a look at the temperature readings, very mild start. you're in the low 50's both at the a.c. airport and wildwood, 48 millville. forty-five here in the city. and with pretty light wind all-in-all too, you're in the low 50's, basically up and down the entire jersey shore. as you take a look at the winds directions, they're really coming in on shore. so a cool breeze for sure. light breeze thankfully. ocean water temperature, getting up there, up to 44 at this point. taking a look around the region cents as a whole at the shore talking 60 degrees or so for daytime high. already off to good start here. and there are already some showers to dodge, but specially into tonight, there will be fresh rounds, similar scenario though for the city as well. it is warm here, too, up to 64 ? >> all right, katie, look at this sky behind me. doesn't it make you happy? look at that. it is stunning. this is in chesterbrook, 202, route 252, you guys just headed out the doorway enjoy

workplace, trang, good morning. >> good morning, rahel, jim. authorities say they know of at least eight victims, they believe there could likely be even more than that. meanwhile, this nurse is in jail, thanks to one very observe and the patient. >> lower makefield township police say a 17 year old patient at penn medicine dermatology discovered she was being secretly recorded during a treatment session earlier this month. >> very disturbing. you have a trust with people in the medical profession, and any time something like this happens, can't help but feel violated. >> the girl told police on february 13th, she was undressed, inside treatment room, when she noticed an iphone on the floor recording her. investigators say, that phone belonged to 45 year old james close. the technician assigned to the teen's treatment session. bucks county district attorney said the girl wasn't close's only victim. >> we want to make sure we take care of the victims we have. make they will feel safe. try to get this to

re-establish some kind of trust, at least in the criminal justice system. >> search of phone uncovered 18 videos, four of the teens it, the rest of seven other adult female patients of the practice. >> at least eight victims that we know of. we would like to make a plea to the public that if anybody was seen by this dermatology practice, and they feel like they may have been a victim, they should come forward to the lower makefield township police department. >> and we did reach out to pen medicine, a spokeswoman gave us the following statement: we appalled by the action of this former employee and we are cooperating fully with this investigation. in the meantime, close is being held at the bucks county jail, on $100,000 bail. he is expected to appear in court via video conference at 9:00 a.m. this morning. but for now, liver in yardley, i'm trang do, cbs-3, "eyewitness news," jim, rahel, back to you. >> trang, thank you. >> in other news, president trump is said to outline his domestic and economic agenda

condition, teenager miraculously survives and suffered only minor injuries after she was thrown from the plane. now, no one on the ground was hurt, neighbors, how much, say they could not believe their eyes. >> i mean, i live right there, just i mean my family, got kids. >> living around the airport, community. >> the plane's pro pest err was recovered from the roof of another home nearby. the cause of the crash is still under investigation. well, after a local jewish cemetery is vandalized, one organization responding with community wide rally. hundreds of jewish headstones and grave sites were damaged over the weekends in mount carmel cemetery in wissinoming. the jewish federation every greater philadelphia is answering back, with a stand against hate event at independence mall this thursday at noon. people from all backgrounds are coming together to support the jewish community, in the wake of this vandalism. >> any targeting every any phase, all phases, we can't just sit back and say oh,

portions of lower michigan, indianna, will move in thomas a squawl line. take you into tonight. 8:00 p.m. start time future weather. see another round every showers moving in here. primarily though looks like it will be the southeastern half of the region that gets hit by that across the rest of pa may not see much until tomorrow morning. when the combination at least of the colds front ushers in heavy rain looks like at least for the first part of the day. then we catch a break. not until even as early as 3:00 that he we start to see the squawl line at least approaching. notice, if you have clouds break apart, if we get enough sunshine, if this timing is on, we will have ample heating of the day to work, with and nasty squawl line developing. see how it starts to flow out? that's winds driven thunderstorms right there. gusty winds, heavy downpours, frequent ground to cloud lightning, biggest concerns right now i can't completely rule out tornado but right now i think the threat looks awfully low. but keep it here. keep it tuned just in case as we see things change in the past. meanwhile very warm tomorrow. then it turns a lot cooler by thursday, meisha?

>> katie, thank you for all of. that will and good morning, everyone, so, looking at in terms of the roadways? well, the schuylkill headed moving in the eastbound direction, this is at girard, starting to heat up now, push in the eastbound direction particularly. westbound direction, on the schuylkill, more around the boulevard, and into the sit avenue, but the even side of girard what you are looking at, there i would say, over the next 15, 20 minutes, you might want to give yourselves little extra time if you put -- move out on to the schuylkill also, 42 freeway northbound creek road, approaching 295, what you are working with there, same story here one of the areas that has been building all morning long, now it is time to start thinking about maybe giving yourselves a little bit extra time on 42, as well. then we do have this accident in jersey 259 south route 130, two right lanes, now blocked here for little bit. it was only one lane, now it is two lanes. and also, patco running modified eastbound schedule, between 1008 and 108. over to you. >> thank you. well, high school athlete in sacramento california jumps into action just after

witnessing a crash helping save the driver. part of the rescue caught on camera as stanley and several others help the man. stanley says it was adrenyline rush, once all over he realized he may have saved a life. >> as soon as i got out of the car, and i was safe, i just went to him, i just bought my head to just god just watch over this man. be thankful this man is alive. sacramento police believe medical condition led to the crash. >> also, caught on camera, e cigarette battery explodes in a man's pocket, terrence johnson leaving a restaurant in calgary canada when he believes loose change came into contact with the spare battery. the explosion burned a hole in johnson's jeans, he suffered third agree burns on his thigh, urging other users to read the fine print on the company website warning people not to but the the -- put the battery in your pocket. >> people trying to safer money may stop using their credit cards to keep debt, but

serious complications. >> i can't help but think of my brother. he was a heavy smoker as a young person, developed type 2 diabetes in his late 20s, had all the complications, vision, operations on his hands, gangrene on his feet but he didn't stop smoking. he tried a few times. this is so difficult for people. >> it's good to know that half of the adults in the u.s. have stopped smoking. it is difficult, so that means you need supports around you, family and friends to help. there are various products people can use. very importantly there is a quit line. 1-800-quitnow. it's likely that you are going to have to try multiple times to stop smoking will ever that's an important point. people try and don't make it and then they feel defeated. most people do try multiple times before they ever stop. >> that's absolutely right. >> for those people out there smoking that are watching right

progresses, hit mid 60s, 45 at the airport, upper 30's in lancaster up to allentown, 42 mount pocono. forty-one trenton. already at 50 in atlantic city. now as the day goes on again mid 60s the expectation in the city. warmer day even than yesterday. there will again though be some showers to dodge, that happens mainly once the sun goes down. that's also the case at the shore. might even see this afternoon so regardless you're in for kind of just active pattern in general. march is expected to get ushered in like a lion. as we are watching some very nasty thunderstorms eventually erupt across our region, so coming up a little later on, i'm track those, what the main impact will be, and when the window will be for those storms throughout. >> katie, thank you so much. that would be good to know, also something you need to know as you mover out of the doorways, serious accident here schuylkill westbound, past belmont, that's causing some significant slow downs. you can see, it is all the way pulled to the shoulder now.

plus blocking one lane, but i can tell you even though pulled off to the shoulder and not maybe blocking your driveable path, this is going to be an area that's really going to slow you down this morning, so i'll show you back up shot. actually by city avenue. take a look at this. looking far more like parking lot than you would imagine, the interstate, schuylkill, push little further westbound. it is just for as far as the eye can see just pile up of vehicles here. so again, where is the accident? accident schuylkill past belmont, this is your back up shot. avoid the area at all costs. if you cannot do so, factor in extra 45 minutes at least. right now until it get moved out of the way. accident pulled off to the shoulder not even in driveable lane, but still causing these backups. not to mention the fact also disable school bus, to two north, pulled off to the shoulder, not really going to slow you down, might have few vehicles tapping their breaks maybe gaper delay overall heads up. pulled off to the right shoulder again that's 202 north at route 29. and then we also have another

accident, jersey right now, 295 south at route 130, so the right lane block there. we have more to talk about coming up in the next ten minutes. jim, over to you. >> thank you, meisha. well, developing story this morning, two women survive fiery plane crash in southern california that claims three other members of their family. correspondent tony tom waits has the amazing video and a mating -- amazing story of survival. >> footage shows the last second of the two flight, see the plane go down and then the explosion. cessna 310 fell from the sky about 2 miles from the airport where it took off. this video was shot in the horrifying aftermath of the crash. you can see, and here, shellshock neighbors running to the scene, a massive fireball swallowed the plane and two homes. at the top right of your screen, watch as neighbors lisk their own safety and to pull someone from the flaming wreckage.

>> all victims from this incident were from the aircraft. we have no residents that were involved. >> emergency crews could also be seen treating at least one victim as firefighters work to knock down the intense flames. the crash scene spread to at least two homes, even the plane's propeller was severed and fell onto a house. >> unbelievable. i mean, i live right there. just few houses away, i mean, my family, i got kids. >> this is what the cessna 310 look like, which was caring a group of five, a man, and four women. officials of the crash scene say they were in l.a. for a cheer competition at disney lands. >> firefighters say it may be some time before they're able to clear the scene here, still searching for evidence to piece together how this whole crash happened. they're also searching the area for any other potential victims, and anyone who may be unaccounted for. so far though they believe everyone here is safe. for cbs news, tom waits,

happy. so we get instant gratification from that. you know? that's the reason my dad is shear. you know, because of that, just that. making people happy. today celebrating a holiday, and it is fun, it is fun. >> how many of these will you make in a day? >> we will start the whole process over, about 28 times. so the process, probably, about five hours long, from beginning to end. >> right. >> you know? so but every -- about an hour each time we start over. so we have multiple different processes, going at the same time. starts off with a sponge, that's in one mixer, the dough is in the other mixer. you know, then it get broken down into the pizza you see in the racks here. then gets to the bench where you see my dad rolling them out, cutting them up, through the individual donuts, putting them on these screens. >> it is not an easy process? >> no, it is a lot of stems. each time there is a chance of

>> military spending at the expense of domestic programs. also pledging lower taxes, how easy or how tough will it be for the president to get this budget through congress? >> also on top of that, you will hear him tonight talk about spending bill. a lot of spending there, tax cuts, republicans are very worried about how he plans to pay for this. they hear from the president that he's going to cut the domestic spending, for fraud and abuse, but anybody knows who puts the budget together, that tends to not be enough for the kind of things he want to spend money on so republicans waiting to hear little bit more detail and want to hear some assurances that the president will be able to pay for what he's asking for. >> the president also expected to outline a plan to replace obamacare. what kind of plan can we expect to hear from tonight? >> i think we will hear again not too many specifics on this. he's a fan of repealing and replacing this, the question is what do you replace it
