asked to call police. >> in other news this noon, bucks county nurse charged with secretly taking pictures and videos of patients was in court this morning to answer more charges. the suspect nurse james close remains behind bars on $150,000 bail. police now say the close secretly took photos, recorded videos of seven additional women at ten medicine dermatology office in yardley. close was arraigned february 13th for secretly record ago nude teenage girl. spokeswoman from pen medicine released a statement "eyewitness news" saying we are appalled by the action of this former employee. and we are cooperating fully with this investigation. well, take a look at this, this is the scene after a small plane nose dive into two california homes killing three people and injuring two others. a husband, wife, and three teenagers were passengers in the plane. they were returning to san jose from a cheerleading competition in disneyland. one of the teens was thrown from the plane and rescued by firefighters from the burning home. she suffered only minor

injuries. and witnesses said it look like a stunt plane in free-fall, soon flames were everywhere, and the plane broke apart. resident of both homes are okay. and, severe turbulence caused american airlines plane to make an emergency landing flight in denver last night, the bouncing so bad that two people were hospitalized. the pilot of the boeing 737 said at some point he fell like he didn't even have control of the plane. the flight was headed from san diego to chicago. >> well, it is shaping up to be big night on capitol hill president trump delivers his first address to joint session of congress. cbs correspondent don champion tells us the president is expected to cover a lot of grounds from his proposed budget, tax cuts, to the repeal and replacement of the affordable care act. >> president trump is working on last minute preps ahead of his first joint address to congress. but he told fox news, fox and friends, that he's red. >> i all i can do is speak from the heart and say what i want to do. >> the president is proposing a budget with 10% increase in defense spending. that money will come from

>> fascinating though. but you know, back here on planet earth, really nice, really nice afternoon already unfolding, couple every clouds here and there, generally speaking lookin looking ahead ty volatile pattern specially by tomorrow with potent cold front crossing in, very likely some showers early as tonight. so, let's get you out, there we start off by looking at the storm scan, but at the moment is very quiet. you did have really nice bright blue sky from the majority of the morning in most low cases, clouds are starting to build back in right now, so we went with partly sunny for the day's forecast, because you will be looking at sunshine or clouds or mix of the two, the nicks is what we are finding at the moment. but with time, we start to see this batch of rain moving in, and it looks like later on tonight into tomorrow morning, there will be some steadier batches of rain that move through our area, snow is just the beginning, folks, of storm system that continues to get its act together, by the time it reaches us though with the cold front passage that's coming with it, we will be sitting in the potential for

some severe weather. so slight risk, in other words, the second tear up from lowest to highest on the totem pole, i like to call it here, of severe weather categorization, in other words, pretty decent heavier thunderstorms that rumble through here, at this moment, i'm expecting the downpours and gusty wind are going to be the main concerns out of this, likely also be some frequent cloud to ground lightning, hail also moderate threat and tornado activity definitely a low risk, but it is still a risk, with a set up like this. and it is eventually going to just sort of depends on how much sunlight do you really get before the storms get here. how much instability can you build up in the atmosphere, and are the conditions just right? and at this point it looks like again downpours and wind the concern. future weather looking ahead to the early hours of tomorrow, tail end of the rush featuring very heavy rain if not some thunderstorms for the lehigh valley, the pocono region, tail ends of the morning drive. then look how it brightens up. now again, this is model. but if you get nice bright

sunshine like that all you can do at the surface is heat up in advance of the squawl line. squawl line will come through mid to late afternoon, perfect timing for the kids to be getting out of school, and keep in mind could you have some troubles for p.m. rush. not everyone getting hit at the same time and it likely lingers with heavy thunderstorms into the tail end of the evening. then we start to clear out pretty quitely, this does just rush out at the scene and left with sunshine and cooler forecast by thursday. at the moment, the clouds are starting to builds in for us here outside palmyra cove nature park, you can make out the center city skyline. we look forward, yes, you know, we're all over the place, mid 60s here today. mid 70s, flirting with records tomorrow. back to the 50's, and the 40's, just barely hitting 40 saturday. so march very much charging in like a lion tomorrow. it is also by the way the start of meteorological spring, we will know spring time can bring pretty much anything that mother nature decides to throw at us. >> as long as i'm not shoveling snow, thank you, katie.
