strong to severe storms earlier. mainly down the shore, light to moderate rainfall in the city portions of delaware. you can more still to come as we go through the remainder. you can see pockets of heavier rain over can cumberland county. a mild night it will stay that way. temperatures in the 50's. and tomorrow skyrocketing to the 70's. again, steady showers through about 1:00 a.m. a little break and tomorrow morning, between 8:00 and 10:00 remnant storms from the overnight squall line will move through. that's not the last. round two will pass a greater punch and the big changes that follow this front. jessica. a man is facing charges for he allegedly recording video inside a locker room at perkiomen high school. they say he walked into the school's locker room during a swim meet. 53-year-old is accused of recording female swimmers.

lions is awaiting a preliminary hearing. a philadelphia man is in police customer accused of killing his own aunt in port richmond. this is the suspect. andrew cruttenden. the 26-year-old was wanted for the shooting death of his aunt virginia cruttenden. they found the victim shot inside her home in the 3200 block of mercy street friday. charges pending chris christie delivered his final budget address to lawmakers in trenton today. the 35.5 billion dollars spending plan includes $523 million more towards school funding. let's take 100 days to pass one that's fair for new jersey students and new jersey families in 2017. and if we don't do it in 100 days, shame on us. >> democratic leaders say a lot of grounds will have to be covered to reach a compromise on school funding. a protest at pat toomey's

philadelphia office ends with nine people arrested. they arrested the protesters on disorderly conduct charges after they staged a sit in and refused to leave. the protesters were demanding the senator hold an in person town hall meeting. senator toomey's office told "eyewitness news" staff met with protesters last thursday and were unavailable today because of an office move scheduled for tomorrow. tonight a new pedestrian bridge coming to villanova's campus is causing controversy the plans call for crosses to be part of the design. the bridge over lancaster interview will be brought on villanova property but it will be paid for with both university and state money. critics who oppose the bridge say the crosses will be facing the driving public and this violates the separation of church and state >> the driving public that's going to be getting this message. so they face the pedestrians. >> it's university property, so i think they should be able to

is dangerous when it comes overnight when people go to sleep and may not have the proper warning. a few light rain drops in center city, temperature, mild in the neighborhood network. international airport is 55. here's a look at the current rainfall. light to moderate picking up a bit over lancaster county. we're certainly not done with this until about 1:00 a.m. or so, two waves of it first is producing tornados moving through portions of illinois into missouri and kentucky. another squall line developing to the west. while tornado are not the biggest threat, strong gusty winds and tornados watches and warnings in effect across the midwest. it's through the next two hours

we have rain and pockets of steadier rain, quiet in the morning that first batch, left over remnants thunderstorms from the overnight squall line will come through about 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. don't get through this and think there's a storm. it's the second round going to be more problematic. the sun is out herein stability building this is 2:00 p.m. temperatures in the 70's. watch what happens. this is very similar to what we saw saturday. we get the line of strong storms, the being segment here, more of a squall line than super cells. i think a greater risk will be damaging stray line winds with this. hail and heavy downpours cannot rule out an isolated tornado by 6:00, this is off the coast and the front comes through later. we're in are a slight risk for severe weather across the region. biggest threats damaging straight line wind downpours and large hail. watch the difference once that front comes through. we surge to the mid 70's ahead of the front at 3:00 tomorrow. that line comes through. the actual front comes through

at night and we wake up thursday with a west wind and temperatures only in the 30's. then we're talking about possibly snow showers to start your friday morning as a weak clipper moves through, batch of snow and rain showers friday morning as you head to work. little bit of everything as we welcome in march, march is coming in line a lion for us. near ard rah tomorrow but the biggest threat, we do have the batch in the morning. your thursday windy and colder at 50. friday starts with snow showers and saturday cold as well. then we warm up next week. big swings on the way tomorrow night i'll have my march outlook for you. a lot of people are saying we got off easy in february we're going to get slammed in march looking at the data crunching the numbers and i will have that for you this time tomorrow. >> please no slams. >> that's philadelphian in all
