thanks, justin. happening now water main break is flooding sidewalks in philadelphia's hunting park center of the city. this is east hunting park avenue near front street. water covering sidewalks there but hasn't flooded streets or damaged homes. crew where is not yet on the scene when we arrived just after 5:00 this morning. no word on whether water services is being affected right now or about how long it will be before the break is finished or fixed. this morning a young girl is in the hospital after a fire tore through her family's home. it broke out last night at philadelphia's west oak lane section. "eyewitness news" reporter alexandria hoff has more on how rescuers for the through flames to rescue her. >> reporter: three family members were taken to the hospital and we are told that fire fighters had to battle through flames to reach a young girl trapped on the second floor of her home. eleven companies in total encountered heavy fire on boat and first abe second floors of the home in the 6500 block of north bouveer street at 6:30

sergeant robertso into a led the department in a memorial at the 22nd police district yesterday. that is where sergeant wilson served. he was in the north philadelphia store with two men walking in trying to rob the place back in 2015. sergeant wilson exchanged gunfire with them and was hit several times. he is credited with saving lives of the workers and customers. >> think about this house is like a museum. >> rob's last conversation was about what we are going to do in the future. he didn't have a chance to fulfill that. i have that chance. so i will take everything more seriously. >> two men are now charged with sergeant wilson's murder. happening today, union nurses and technical staff at delaware county memorial hospital are walking off the job. the strike will last two days. the union and the hospital's owner prospect medical holding s have not been able to reach an agreement on staffing

quakertown and doyletown. been a long time since we talked about numbers this coldest special liz these wind chills. we have not seen these numbers this low much at all this winter season. here we are in march talking about 0 degrees in trenton, helding, that is what it feels like on the exposed skin. three in allentown. two in millville. single digits every where. as we progress through the morning they will get better but still rough 9:00 o'clock predict wind chills hanging out in the lower teens but wind will back off by after noon hours and we will get those wind chills back in the upper 20's and 30's but still cold this time of the year. you'll get the picture this evening we are running wind chills in the 20's. tomorrow will feel better, still cold in the morning but at least we don't have 0- degree wind chills and feel more likely to mid upper 20'sprn real thomas we have a warm front approaching us. clouds will build in monday afternoon. when we step outside see those clouds thinking hey, that is warmer air in the atmosphere. it comes down to the surface. we will feel that difference

that they are starting to gather here, 370 nurses and technicians at delaware county memorial hospital now beginning to picket against the hospital, after 12 hours of failed negotiations, two weeks ago when they first threatened to strike and then gannon friday when they first, again tried to negotiate and those negotiations also fell through. joining me is long timer angela napolitano what are you demanding. >> we demanding safe staffing. since prospect we knew we would have problems when a for profit hospital bought our non-profit hospital so we decided to join the union over a year ago. we have been negotiating over a year. our main concern is safe staffing. they have cut our staffing. they have given more patient toss one nurse, technical staff, the x-ray, they have cut them, they are asking us to do more and more with less and less. and it is really become an un safe situation because if it
