good morning, looking outside, roads are good, lot of construction, the the good thing, no accidents. >> colds weekends, highs in the 30's both saturday, sunday two, days only in the 30's in philadelphia, haven't had it since early february. certainly chilly. check out the high temperatures. yesterday, only got to 38 degrees in philly, 39 in allentown, down the shore chilly one with highs only in the mid to upper 30's. we do have milder day in store for our monday afternoon. but we're starting offer pretty chilly once again, down to 22 degrees in allentown, 20's in philly, down to 20 degrees in trend on, and some teens right now in ac. but the good news, we don't have the blustery winds, winds generally calm to light at all of the reporting sites this morning, so not so much of a windchill impact. still certainly need the winter coat. head into the second half of the day, you won't, the 9:00 hour, chilly sunshine, 35 o increase as we head into midday. see mostly cloudy conditions as we finish off the second half of the day.

afternoon, no one hurt here either. nurses in texas -- delaware memorial hospital will sting to strike, they claim staffing is a problem. 370 employees walk off the job yesterday morning, the group is protesting what it calls unfair labor practices. hospital leaders say they staff at the national average and that nurses are paid fairly, but nurses say this is not about money about but safe staffing levels. >> we used to have five patients to one nurse on the floors, now giving us up to seven and eight. >> i always wanted to be a nurse and i can't believe that i work for a company that has no respect for their patient or their employees. >> hospital and union officials could not reach an agreement during a emergency meeting on friday. the hospital says it will remain open and police staff despite the strike. new this morning, north korea has fired four bans of balistic missiles say three of the missiles landed in waters that japan claims exclusive economic zones. now, this is file video, no

>> 4:52, early monday morning, and our temperatures aren't that motivating to go get out of bed and out fund the covers. chilly start to our work week, 28 degrees in philadelphia, we're down to 20 in trenton, some teens in ac, 25 degrees

currently in dover. but our temperature change over the last 24 hours at many of the reporting sites, showing us a warming trends has commenced. up 11 degrees from this time yesterday morning in philadelphia, and also, up about 11 degrees in reading. as we head throughout the day today, those temperatures will be on the rise into this afternoon. much closer to average in philadelphia, up to 52 degrees. sunshine to start. then afternoon clouds. down the shore we maintain the sunshine for little bit longer. and those clouds will start to roll in late in the day. high temperature at 48 degrees. and then in the poconos partly sunny, not as cold as the temperatures we experienced over the weekends with high temperature at 42. as we head into the upcoming weekends, still little bit of ways away. we lose an hour of sleep. but we gain an extra hour of sunlight, meisha, at the end of the day sunday march 12 our sunset time will be at 7:04. >> it is the trade off, lauren, it is every year. more sun, little sleep, i don't know, i heard jim over there groaning already. jim i'll right there with you.

i feel like i'm on auto pilot this monday morning, but so far so good. >> all right, weather not too bad. improving conditions after a cold weekends, high temperatures only in the 30's, we got to 36 saturday, only 38 . we haven't had two consecutive days with highs only in the 30's since early february. so, about a month time, high temperature chilly in the lehigh valley yesterday only 39 degrees. down the shore, cold sunday, with highs only in the mid to upper 30's. and temperatures right now are chilly. 27 degrees in philadelphia. twenty in trenton. down to 19 degrees in ac. waking up to 17 degrees in millville. but we do have warming trend, it will kick off today. so still chilly for the 9:00 hour. but some sunshine around 35 degrees. clouds start to increase as we head into midday, up to 44 degrees, we head into the 5:00 hour, high temperatures approaching average, maybe even surpassing the average bar up to 52 degrees, so much milder afternoon in store for our monday. and we are going to see the jet stream kind of shift

positions, into this, as we head into tuesday and wednesday, so we start the warming trends today. and then as we head into tuesday, and wednesday, high temperatures are going to be climbing to about ten to 15 degrees, above our average. we do have some 60s in store for both tuesday and wednesday, but it is going to come with a chance of some rain, and i'll have more details on that coming up in just a few. >> sounds good. thank you so much for that. good morning, everyone, happy monday. so looking outside the ben franklin bridge, looking nice and quiet push in the westbound direction
