the surviving brother is just 14 years old, his recovering here at chop from gunshot wound to the head. and meanwhile his family says they're optimistic that he's going to pull through. >> a tragic mystery in southwest philadelphia. two brothers found shot inside a car just before 2:30 sunday afternoon. >> it is sad. it is really sad. >> police say the shooting happened near 81st and lions. but the car raised away from the scene and crashed into utility pole a block and a half away. responding officers found a 14 year old shot once in the face. his older brother, a man in his 20's, was shot twice under his left arm. the man died a short time later at presbyterian hospital. medics returned the 14 year old to children's hospital. where he continues to recover. >> it is a sin and a shame and a disgrace. >> investigators comb two scenes for evidence into the evening. neighbors say their community is generally quiet, so they weren't surprised by the violence involving young people in the neighborhood.

delaware memorial hospital will strike, upset over what they call unfair labor practices. some of the employees walk off the job yesterday morning, protesting what they say is a staffing problem. hostile leaders say that they staff the national average and nurses are paid fairly. nurses stay is not about money. this is about safe staffing levels. >> we used to have five patient to one nurse on the floors, now they are giving us up to seven and eight. >> i always wanted to be a nurse, and i can't believe that i work for a company that has no respect for their patients or their employees. >> hospital and union officials could not reach an agreement during a emergency meeting friday. hospital says it is still open and fully staffed despite the strike. >> president trump may be ready to sign a rewrite of his travel ban today. new version will remove iraq from the list of countries whose citizens face temporary ban on travel to the united state. it was also no longer single out syrian refugees foreign definite ban. the original travel ban came under fire you may recall from

protesters and the courts. it bars the entry of people from certain muslim majority countries and halts the refugee program. a mexican congressman makes a point about president trump's plan to build a wall. climbed along the us mexico border. he represent the state of 135 miles north of mexico city. he said it was easy for him to climb the fence coon have crossed into the us. building border wall is one of the top priorities. he believes it is unnecessary. >> meantime president trump calls on congress to investigate his explosive allegations of wiretapping by the obama administration. and series of early morning tweets on saturday, he accused president obama of wiretapping his tell phones at trump tower just before the 2016 election. the president however offers no evidence into the claims and did not say what prompted the l gays. >> if it is true allegations. >> it is true, and if it isn't what he meant guy. >> make that type of claim

without any evidence is i think very wreckless. >> and according to sources fbi director james cuomo has asked the justice department to publicly reject the president's claims siting the accusations falsely selling the bureau broke the law. >> a social media scandal is rattling the us marines corpse, hundreds of marines of shake necked pictures on a facebook page. here is correspondent paula read in washington. >> the secret marines united facebook group had hundreds of marines as members, reportedly thousands of photographs of naked female service members and veterans shared on the page, for users made on scene comment, taken down within hours of the start of a ncis investigation one month ago. in a statement, marine corps sergeant major ronald l green said in part we must do better job of teaching marines what we expect of them in the social media realm. i spec all marines to treat one another with dignity and respect, whether it be in public, behind closed doors,

i'm used to the evening shift. sunrise this morning, with red colors in there, beautiful 29 degrees, though, maybe not so beautiful. chilly start to the day. wind are kale many. not too much after windchill impact. as we head into the day today, our warming trend is going to commencement and take us into mid week. shower chance arrives as early as late tonight. takes us to tuesday and tuesday night, and then i know little ways away, but next weekend potentially a system to watch. that could be bringing us some interesting type of precipitation. but that's a little ways out. temperatures 23 degrees in the lehigh valley, 23 in reading, 20 degrees right now in trenton. and we're out of the teens in ac at 21 degrees, much more mild air mass off to the south and west, but temperatures already in the 50's, to near 06 degrees, and rise in the jet stream, ridging up along the east coast, will take place tomorrow and wednesday. and that's going to allow our temperatures to rise about ten to 15 degrees above average. with that warmer air mass, billing in. across the delaware valley. storm scan3, showing us pretty quiet conditions, some patchy

>> welcome back this early monday. always focused on this weekend ahead. looks like upcoming weekend models are showing us cooler than average, not as colds as this past weaken but generally temperatures in the 40's for both saturday, sunday, of course daylight saving time, you have to spring forward, we lose an hour of sleep. i know. but we gain an extra hour of sunlight at the end of the day. so our sunrise time will be after the 7:00 hour, on sunday. but we do have a system to watch, by sunday, looks like it could start off as rain, and maybe ends in something a little more wintery. so stay tuned to that, evolving for cause, have what to expect in your seven day forecast coming up.

the cure rate getting higher. that's good news. not so good news is that it is the thirds leading cause of cancer excluding skin cancer and it is starting to increase among people less than age 50, especially those who are 1990 and above. >> doctor rob, speaking 506, that's the age where routine screenings begins. but what do you do if you're younger than that? >> fifty and buff currently we should screen, higher incidence of colorectal cancer in that age group. but you're right about younger people. we have to nope our body. now, there was recent study public third in the american cancer society about younger people. double the risk born in 1990 or above we don't know why the risk is higher. but it is really important to pay it close attention to your symptoms if you know your body and may need to get screened earlier. >> i got my letter from my doctor the other day. i thought it was a billy didn't pay. nope, time for your colonoscopy. i wish it was a bill instead of that, but i'm scheduling it. >> it is good that your doctor sends that to you. really good. this is a disease that can

kill. i've seen it in young people, older people. but we have to be -- there are certain warning signs. >> what? >> here is the thing, maybe you have a low blood count called anemia, not sure why, or lack of fatigue it, might be a change in your bowel habits. one of the quick things to look at, change in bowel habits, change in the way you look at the stool. i know people don't want to look at it but real important, called body talk, your bodily tell you if there is ever blood in the stool or you feel like you have to go, but you don't go. and if this happens for two weeks or more, please talk to your doctor because you explain ability al pain or cramming could be a sign. may be something else, but you don't want to ignore it. >> doctor rob, is there anyway any behaviors you can do to maybe decrease your risk of type of cancer? >> absolutely. few things. first of all eating healthier. more fruits and vegtables for sure. less saturated fat. less -- exercise and activity, if you smoke, quit smoking not only lung cancer but other types every cancer if that, and get moving. very sedentary f we can get to
