i would go two days without a bite of food. it wasn't until luna was 8 months old that chrissy was finally diagnosed with postpartum depression and anxiety. chrissy was always grateful for luna. the 31-year-old model writes about her sadness in "glamour," saying she'd spend days on the couch watching bad reality tv with all the shades closed. wake up at night and throw up. there was a lot of spontaneous crying. why talk about it now? she wants people to know there's no shame. it can happen to anyone. everyone to someone who seemingly has it all. >> i have my mother who lives with us. i have john. i have a nanny. i still have a difficult time. i just don't know how anybody else does it. ♪ chrissy was prescribed an anti-depressant which seems to be helping and she plans to see a therapist. the best medicine is the love she gets from john. >> he knows the way to handle every fight or every mood of mine. when i start something, he
