lauren and meisha getting us out the door. good morning, ladies? good morning, so we have wet roadways out, there already starting off to be bus knit world of travel. a lot every accident out there. we'll get to knows in a minute and it is causing slow downs. >> dealing with areas of light rain, drizzle moving across the area, we will continue to see that as we head throughout the morning commute. unfortunately, pack along that umbrella, but you won't need the winter coat probably today. temperatures, are mild, we started off in the 20's, this time yesterday morning. and we're in the four's, 44 degrees in philadelphia. we've actually warmed over the last hour. 41 degrees, in reading, still chilly lehigh valley at 39 degrees, but temperatures right now up at 48 degrees, in ac, check out the temperature change over the last 24 hours. we're up 30 degrees in millville. same case in ac, rear ' up about 17 degrees from this time yesterday in philadelphia. but, of course, we are contend withing some rain moving across the area, over the last three hours. seeing that area of precipitation, mainly philadelphia and point north, we are going to see secondary

round starting to build in, we had this dry pocket, now lancaster county, berks county, lehigh valley seeing the area of precipitation with more moderate rainfall. it is moving its way from west to east. so seeing that rain return, in places like lancaster, newspaper reading, allentown, as well, so you will need the umbrella, in your day planner today dealing with areas every rain, drizzle, into the 9:00 hour, 45 degrees, spotty light shower as we led into lunchtime, up to 52 degrees. then on the back side of warmfront, mild temperatures, as we head into the afternoon, meisha, with some breaks every sunday shine, and topping out near 06 degrees. >> okay, thank you so much, lauren. so this morning what are we looking in the wet roadways causing issues out there for us. right here overturned vehicle, 59 north approaching the commodore barry bridge two, left lanes are blocked now here and take a look at how slow moving this is already getting. so over the past i would say 15, 20 minutes, really starting to slow down. so if you can avoid this area, you certainly want to do so. if you cannot avoid the area, i would factor in some extra time in your plans already.

minor injuries are also reported here. so again, two left lanes are blocked, 59 north approaching the commodore barry bridge looking very slow around that area. also, in cherry hill, weaver downed traffic signal from earlier accident. now this should be clearing in the next hour and a half or so. route zero seven east and west, at west gate drive. left lanes blocked. heads up on this. causing little bit of slow downs, there as well. and we've got some bridge work here, egg harbor, black horse pike at guards earn state parkway, all lanes block until 6:00. use these alternates, a.c. expressway, or dalilia road a lot more it talk about in the next 15 minutes, jim, over to you. >> thank you shall meisha. police in west philadelphia are searching for pair of suspects who shot an unlicensed cab driver during a attempted robbery overnight. now there is happened about 11:30, police tell us the suspects jumped into the man's black cadillac near 52nd and market streets, when the victim tried to resist, the suspects got violent. >> got out of the car, male in the front seat start strike wag handgun, starts trying to fight that male off, and hears

westin hotel shows droves of teenagers running through center city. quickly followed by philadelphia police officers on bikes. philadelphia police say about 150 kids eventually gathered and the area of 20th and market. before the night was over, philadelphia police officers took 20 kids into custody. meanwhile, septa's transit police reported ten arrests for dis or educationally conduct, what was very busy night for police in the city. and in response to the chaotic night, septa police chief thomas tweeted overnight seeking help. please know what your nugget of love is doing after school. kids are hurting kids. love them by making them come home. as of late last night, philadelphia police were still sorting out which teens would receive formal charges, and which ones would receive citations. they did tell us that most of those teens would probably receive citations, also a philadelphia police officer was hurt. when she fell off her bike while responding to the mob. for now live in center city,

trang do, cbs-3, "eyewitness news," jim, rahel, back to you. >> thank you, trang. annex many recall of more teens behaving badly. take a good look at the surveillance video. they say these teens accused of targeting victims, then are running off with their cell phones, one reported stolen on peirce street february 8th. two days before that police say the group left the packer morris street station, attacked a 22 year old man, stole his phone. police arrested 15 year old, but believe at least three others are involved. anyone with information is asked to call police. new castle county police are trying to track down a serial kidnapper, follows attempted abduction last night at the block apartments, on sheldon drive in newark. investigators say man with a gun approached a woman walk to go her apartment then demanded money. gunman left when another person opened the door. >> and police believe this is actually the same suspect in two other attacks, last month, both were at wilmington apartment complexes, on february 19th, woman was heading into her building at the a run del amounts when a

mask man with a gun forced her into her car, attack her, and had her drive to atm. similar attack happened on february 13th at the top of the hill amounts. >> house committees begin the process tomorrow every unraveling the affordable care act. last night republicans unveiled their own plan to replace obamacare. the legislation would replace income based subsidies with age base tax credits. payments would be phased out for people earning more money. critics stay would scale back government role in helping people afford coverage and would likely leave more americans uninsured. well the white house continues to push congress to investigate if the obama administration tapped phones at trump tower. hena daniels reports, president trump's new version of the immigration and travel ban is already under fire. >> dozening every protesters gathered outside the white house monday night hours after president trump signed version two of his travel and i am graduation ban, behind closed

lands have burned so far. strong winds are fueling this wild fire in colorado. three towns remain on evacuation alert. so far at least four structures have been burned, one firefighter did suffer injuries. the fire was 90% contained as of 80:00 last night. crews in central kansas trying to get handle on this huge grass fire. between ten to 12,000 resident are in the path of the fire. they've been told to leave their homes. most of the state remains under a red flag warning, injuries and damages are unknown at this hour. >> what a severe weather. right now 5:14. here at home, dealing with little drizzle this morning. >> that's about it. >> yes, we need the rain slicker as we head throughout the morning hours. dealing with areas of rainfall and some drizzle, but some mild temperatures to wake up to on a tuesday morning, yesterday was much more mild than that weekend we had, remember that, with highs only in the 30's, but we topped yesterday, at 51 degrees, in philadelphia. we climb to 53 in reading, top off 51 degrees yesterday in

allentown, and 48 in trenton. and temperatures right now mild on the warmer side of average. 44 degrees in philadelphia, 40 in reading, 47 degrees right now in wildwood. and we are dealing with warmer air mass that is building in, look at the temperatures off to the south and west, up into the 50's, in the zero six rays in some cases, we will see warmfront lift through today, that's what's generating the shower activity. seeing some showers rebuilding back in, across portions of lancaster, berks county, lehigh valley, after dealing with some areas every drizzle over the last several hours. we will contends with this more moderate rainfall that is moving in, so seeing the rain return right now across portions of lancaster county up into berks as well. certainly need the umbrella there is this area of precipitation moving kind of due west to east in association with the warmfront across portions every central pennsylvania. all of that will head through our backyard as we head through the first half of the day today. so, areas every rain, so some sunshine as we head into this afternoon, mild day, 61 degrees. and then tonight temperatures

only falling back to 51 degrees, showers will redevelop when we could hear few rumbled every thunder as well. future radar, future temperatures, going to show us the deal for today. still dealing with areas of rainfall we head into the 10:00 hour. dry things out as we head into lunchtime. temperatures newspaper 50's. by this afternoon, nice period as we head into the second half of the afternoon with sunshine breaking out, temperatures warming up into the up ear's, and low 60s, as we head into the evening, 10:00 hour, still up near 06 degrees, very mild overnight in store for us tonight. but here is the line of showers, regenerating and maybe even few rumbles every thunder possible, as we head throughout the overnight period. then we are going to see clearing on the back side of this system, so clouds as we wake up early tomorrow morning, but then by midday sunshine taking over and setting us up for mostly sunny wednesday. temperatures will still be mild. 64 degrees, high temperature tomorrow, will occur early in the day. see the cooler air settling in on the back side of the system as we head into wednesday night. so down to 39 degrees as we

wake up on thursday morning. cooler day with high temperatures in the middle 50's. then temperatures fall off dramatically, as we head toward week's ends, chance of rain, snow, on friday. and then another chance of snow, meisha, that we will talk more about, and the upcoming in the show on sunday. >> all right, lauren, i don't know about you but i am so ansy for spring. i think tomorrow like come on, already, right? waking to up wet roadways. it is causing some problems out there for us. so this is what we've been talking for the past little bit more than half hour now. overturned vehicle here 95 north approaching the commodore barry bridge. blocking two left lanes, looks like it still might be however. i will say actually looks like it is now moved all the way off to the left. tan also looks like traffic around this area is not nearly as congested as what we were seeing 20 minutes ago or so. so it, does look like they're clearing this up little bit. you can see traffic now moving a lot better than we were seeing again, 59 north approaching commodore barry bridge. did have injuries reported here as well. if i were you, if you can avoid it, probably still want

to do so if you can. i would maybe just tack on maybe cup ill every extra minutes. but like we were just saying, traffic moving up to the accident, back up shot 452, traffic moving up to where the accident is, is moving fairly quickly. so you are still traveling at posted speeds, now back at it, actually looking okay there. then we do have this accident northeast extension southbound before mid-county. that right lane blocked. that is still out there. knowles of you the northeast extension yes still traveling at posted speeds with wet roadways, if this lingers out there i would say extra 15, 20 minutes, start to drop little bit. also take a look at this, talking about this, downed traffic signals from earlier accident in cherry hill. so it should be clearing in the next hour or so. route 70 both directions, at west gate drive. the left lanes are blocked there. and we have even more to talk about that's next coming up in 15 minutes, rahel, over to you. >> meisha, see you then, thank you. and now for a look at newspaper headlines from across our region. >> from the reds g eagle three

lauren? >> all right, well, it is tuesday, we're one day closer to that weekend. and looking ahead, models painting even colder picture of the upcoming weekends with a arctic blast in store for both saturday and sunday, of course, it is daylight saving time. so we have to spring forward, lose hour of sleep. but hey we gain an extra hour of sunlight at the end of the day on sunday, sunset time after 7:00. and we do have a system to watch that will be moving in saturday night, and sunday, that could be bringing us some march snowfall. and i'll have more details on that in your eyewitnes
