eye on things this morning, good morning, ladies? well, good morning, you nailed t you know how many people will be talking about that bridge opening? thousands and thousands of people affected, opened up early, so talking about all every those details coming up in a little bit. a lot of people asking about that. >> don't blame me. i'm just the messenger. yip, the forecast still on track. weather person is happy. maybe everyone else, not so happy, ya, that snow is moving in across the area. winter weather advisory is in effect for large portion of the delaware valley, has been extended and expanded by the national weathe weather is advie includes philadelphia county, burlington county, new jersey, that will run until 2:00, as we head into this afternoon. storm scan3, showing us, what is happening, things are getting going. we have been dealing with snow coming down in the poconos over the last several hours. now, snow spreading into the lehigh valleyment same case berks county, starting to see some returns now picking up south and west of the city. green returns, so starting off

as a little bit of light rain, wintery mix, wish i was expecting along the i-95 corridor, will quickly change over to all snow, all snow what we are dealing with right now far north and west of the city in and around lehigh, down into allentown, mount pocono. flakes coming down berks county might be contend withing light wintery mix it, will soon change over to all snow for you as well. then again, starting to see some returns, even over the last about 30 minute or so. new castle county, up into delaware county. that will start to spread up into your area, as we head into the next hour. so it could start off as light rain, then we have all of the snow that's going to continue to move it way eastbound, that's going to be the weather story for today. nine the hour, 37 degrees, snow coming down heavy at times, as we head into lunchtime. snow showers, winds start to pick up as we head into the second half of the day, just as the uniform snowfall starts to taper off by early afternoon, meisha, we are going to see some scattered snow squawls to develop for the second half of the day. that's going to pose a problem for our evening commute. >> yes, certainly going to have to take it easy today.

lever your homes little early. all of that. we will be talking about that snow coming in. but dow absolutely want to make sure everyone at home waking up with us this morning gets this information. so, this is grounds video that was taken earlier this morning, delaware river bridge reopened last night at around 10:30 p.m. it wasn't scheduled to reopen until early april, mid-april. so it opened up earlier, because everyone came together and made that happen. this is going to make thousands of people across delaware valley very, very happy. so if you were taking those alternates, those three bridges, very congested basically ever since the delaware river bridge was shut down, no longer the story. delaware river bridge, then we also had an accident here in jersey, 295 south around route one, you're now open, looking good there. tractor-trailer accident from earlier with downed pole and wires, heads up, this is what's going on right now, route one baltimore pike closed parkers ville road and brynton bridge road.

quakertown, and outside of allentown, we did see some very very light fine snowflakes, not even seeing that at this point. this is a look at seventh street here in downtown allentown, so, i mean, nobody's out just yet. but very easy commute for these super early morning commuters. you that you on the turnpike, seeing that here in the city. so so far so good here. only thing i'm really noticing the temperatures has dropped. about few degrees, seeing that gradually throughout the morning, really ramp up those conditions for potential snowfall. but as of right now, here in the city of allentown, not seeing much. so jim, rahel, where should i go next? >> you're going to be in canada before this show is over with! they did great job plowing that street behind you, i mean, with those snowflakes that large, boy, they have some equipment out there, trang. >> trang, we like what you did there. >> (laughing). >> never before seen. >> yep, we're getting punchy,

surveillance video shows the man walking into family dollar store 100 block of girard avenue last monday. police say he pulled a knife on an employee, which tried to stop them from stealing deodorant. video shows the suspect shoving the woman into a shelf before taking off. >> well, construction project in old city philadelphia stops temporarily, while archeologists recover remains burried hundreds every years ago. forensic crews have been digging and preserving the remains on arch street between second and third street. crews working on an apartment complex there found more than 100 graves and coffins, dating back to the 18th and 19th century under what used to be a parking lot. before that, it was the burial grounds for the first baptist church that was established in 1707. the graves were supposed to have been moved to another cemetery, by 1806. >> we want to keep the integrity of each of these individual cover inches. and it can be very challenge whg basically just falling apart in your hand. >> now the company building the apartments tmc property

>> high atop the hotel bethlehem, part under the winter weather advisory, makes its way through, lauren's forecast coming up in just about one minute. families of the victims of tuesday's deadly train and tour bus crash in mississippi have gun filing lawsuits. news of the lawsuits comes as federal officials say the texas tour bus was not supposed to be on the road where it got stuck in plane crossing. ntsb officials say the to may have been following gps, not directions provided by the tour company. three people were killed in that accident. >> check out these alligators soaking up the florida sun. apparently one of the best gator watching spots in the state and it is not hard to

okay, lauren, what have you got for us? >> just give it to us. >> i walked out of my house this morning at 1:30, okay, this is like summer out here. >> so mild. >> extremely mild yesterday, really my day, little windy, we had all of the sunshine, but temperatures, they've been dropping throughout the overnight periods, and will continue to drop through the day today. so temperatures we have now, they're the warmest you'll feel all day long. currently in the four's right now, in philadelphia, 43 degrees, but we've been dropping like a rock, at 38 in the lehigh valley, 38 reading, down into the 20's in the poconos. storm scan3, showing us, precipitation, starting to pick up now. we've been dealing with snow coming down in the poconos, over the last several hours. that is spreading into the lehigh valley right now with even some heavy snow coming down in and around lehigh, berks county, that area of precipitation, over spreading through you, as well, seeing light wintery mix right now it, will transition over to all snow, also, some returns, picking up right now, new castle county delaware, might be seeing light rainfall.

this event could start in center city, as light rain, but it will quickly change over to all snow. you see, all of that moisture off to the west, that's going to be building into our backyard. so, as we look at future weather that's going to show us into the 7:00 hour, that swat of snowfall, moving in, to center city philadelphia, that will overtake south jersey, as we head into the second half of the day, into the morning hours, or second half of the day into the afternoon hours as well, but into the 9:00 hour seeing the snow, in and along the i95 corridor coming down heavy at times, the 11:00 hour snow coming down her any nature at our shore points, even into midday, the snow encompassing much of the delaware valley. things will start to quiet down head into early afternoon. then as we head into the afternoon hours, and early evening, see scattered snow squawls redeveloping will pose threat to our evening commute. then after sunset things will start to wind down. morning snow, then turning over to snow squawls. 46 degrees, little deceiving,
