snow nothing like we had earlier, right? >> nothing more after nuisance, i don't even know if i call it that. maybe use wiper blades it, does come down, north of the city, not specking accumulations, but weaver lots on the road from previous storms, ring i no issues on the road, temperatures above freezing. today i think for the sit, see snowflakes, that would be later tonight, once the storm passes, so we get colder air returning, still overall pretty small storm compared to earlier this week. check it out outside now, we have overcast skies, little drizzle, falling here in the city earlier this morning, 39 degrees at the airport, calm winds, windchills values aren't too bad. little colder and in some spots. you can see, snow up on radar, north of the city. not all reaching the ground, and what is, it is very light. then go from the city on southward, light rain showers across the region. breaks from time to time today. then see the snow or rain pick up depending where you are. that wet snow will be up in the lehigh valley, berks

involving a truck in northeast philadelphia, has sent two people to the hospital. police say the truck lost control at frankford avenue and stand wick street split ago utility pole in two, knocking out power to the area. there is no word on how serious the injuries are. police are now investigating how the crash happened. pennsylvania state police are investigating a two car crash on the schuylkill expressway. this crash happened just after 1:00 this morning in the westbound lanes near the exit to girard avenue. investigators say the impact of the collision overturned one of those cars. one person is now in the hospital. >> food truck owners are on high alert this morning after a series of robberies. now, own remembers taking precautions to avoid becoming the next victim. but the good news, police say, is that the suspects' face is clearly captured on video. police believe he is responsible for two food truck robberies in west philadelphia just two hours apart on monday march 13. >> the first incident happened at 6:30 p.m. monday near 43rd and walnut streets. the second at 8:30, the same night, 34th and lancaster avenue. >> right through the back door, now people are wacking and not even paying a at the shown, has gun to the back of the head, takes the money and leaves. >> very surprising. because this area has change add lot in the last 20 years, for the better. >> now weary food truck operators are taking measures to make sure this doesn't happen to them. >> i told my dad we should leave like early, like not at 9:00 or 10:00. because like it could happen

at any time. so me and him are leaving like right now. >> and police say the suspects got away in a waiting car. they believe both of these people live in the area due to how easily they were able to navigate. meantime say the suspect a black man between five-six and five-eight. if you recognize him you're asked to call police. live from police headquarters this morning, anita oh, cbs-3, "eyewitness news." thank you. a house fire has damage add how the in south philadelphia. chopper three over the 2400 block of south franklin street where firefighters responded around 8: 30 last night. there are no reports of injuries. the cause of the fire is under investigation. a short time later, firefighters rush to a burning row home in north philadelphia. chopper three over the 2700 block of north crosskeys street where the call came in just before 9:00 last night. no word on how this fire started, and no reports every injuries here. >> police are looking for this man this morning, who is

accused of exposing himself at the chester county library in exton. west white lands township officers say a woman reported that the man performed allude act while inside a library on wednesday. officers say the man they're looking for was captured on this surveillance video while he was leaving. anyone with information is asked to call police. a suspect in a deadly hit-and-run in montgomery county is now under arrest. twenty-eight year old adam is charged with leaving the scene after accident, in the crash that killed 24 year old done al purple. he was crossing route 100 near shoemaker road in pottstown march the third, when investigators say adam's pick up struck him. the victim pronounced dead at the scene. preliminary hearing for adam scheduled for march 31. a former pennsylvania state trooper is now facing charges in the shooting death of his pregnant wife. thirty-six year old joseph miller was arraigned on two counts of involuntary manslaughter. investigators say, miller

fatally shot his wife joanna in the family's east norriton home in march of 2014. she and the baby both died after an emergency c-section. authorities say miller told them his gun discharged as he prepared to clean it. miller resigned from his job with the state police. president trump is spending the weekends at his florida estate. but before he left washington, he tried to woo conservative lawmakers his plan, spent part of the day with germany chancellor, defended his claim that president obama spied on him. craig boss wet with the latest. >> reporter: during a press conference, with german chancellor angela merkel, he took his two week olds claim that the obama administration spied on him one step further. >> as far as wiretapping, i guess, you know, this past administration, at least we having? common perhaps. >> he was apparently referring to alleged obama era surveillance every american he

colder. northampton county, charles at 43 degrees, still 10 inches every snow on the ground, but decent snow melt from yesterday with the sunshine. we've got clouds, still a chance to see some wet snow later this morning, so, check it out. we will take you it time lapse loop of yesterday. this is up in berks county, we had the full sun. march sun this time of year strong, equivalent to mid to late september. so we go through time. notice the snow patches on the pavement, and on the roof, slowly sling through the afternoon. across the region yesterday had decent amount of snow melt, kids able to get out yesterday for recess, it was nice day. right now sitting at 36 degrees up in reading, east wind 9 miles per hour. plenty of snow still left in place. across northern pennsylvania, check it out, still good six to 12 inches in the darker blues here, just north of the city up through the lehigh vale, still over foot into the mountains, it extends into up-state new york. so, more snow melt, slowly over the next few days,

northern bucks, montgomery, chester, up northward through the poconos, rain showers to the south, then even up into the lehigh valley should see pretty much plane rain with the temperatures warming up into the lower 40's, and little bit after break tonight. dinner plans later this evening, you may luck out, get dry conditions, but still as the storm moves off shore, wrapping in colder air, still snow showers try to redevelop overnight, early sunday morning, i think by sunrise the storm gone, we have the sunshine out, turns out to be nice day sunday. so through 8:00 tonight maybe get the dusting, lehigh valley, an inch or so up in the poconos, overnight. possible dusting, little further south, just outside the city. chester, bucks, montgomery county, maybe even to delaware, see wet snowflakes, not going to be big deal as far as travel conditions are concern. forty's today for highs, 10 degrees below average. even near 40 up in the he lie valley, good news there. but the threat for some snow, mid four's around philadelphia, surrounding suburbs, kind of the same deal. south jersey, maybe pushing upper four's, parts of

rumbling this weekend, some parts of the area could still see some snow, meteorologist, justin drabick with the forecast. >> pretty wintery out here now, just about a moment ago, some sleet pellets start to pick up in intensity here in the city. may hear little pink going off around your windows around center city or driving, sleet pellets, maybe mixed with wet snowflakes, best bet seeing it north of the city. check out storm scan3, not whole lot happening. this is light precipitation, again, we had some drizzle earlier in the city mixing with sleet pellets to the north. better chance for some of the light snow, then we get a break across central pennsylvania in the lower susquehanna valley, more precipitation out west. off and on rain-snow showers today, depending where you are, pretty much on the light side. winter weather advisory goes in effect for county lehigh valley and poconos starting at 8:00 this morning, so 6:00 a.m. sunday. slow moving storm system. there will be the chance of

"eyewitness news." >> hopefully someone does recognize him, thank you, and eat a officials trying to figure out what sparked a fire that destroyed two multi million dollar bay front homes down the shore. chopper three over avalon friday morning. investigators say, three people in one home on seagull drive escaped safely from the fire. the flames quickly spread to an unoccupied vacation home next-door. one neighbor says she's heart broken for the homeowner. >> just going to help you tear down, terrible, they have all of their memories lost. i mean, i'll cry. because i'm too sensitive, saying prayers for them. >> now that fire was placed under control in just about an hour. >> a doylestown woman is expected to face animal cruelty charges after the bucks county spca pulled 11 cat out of her home. these are just some of the persian cat taken from door even's house in doylestown. she runs a cat breeding company out of her home. but animal control officers say her house is unsanitary,
