the victim or a motive. detective do say that there are several surveillance cameras in the area, and they're hoping that will help provide them with more answers. just 1 mile from there, another deadly shooting just eight hours earlier. police say a man was shot twice around 7:30 last night, in the 1900 block every robert avenue. police returned the victim to the hospital where he was pronounced dead, so far no arrest haves been made, if you have any information please call philadelphia police. and more breaking news this morning, a fatal car crash in wynnefield height after a driver loses control and strikes a utility pole. rushed to the 4400 block of overbrook avenue around 3:00 a.m. authorities still trying to figure out what caused the accident. >> and septa police want to question several people after this fight caught on camera. >> victim's mother shot this video on thursday at the subway station, reportedly all started with a snowball night on the screen and escalated on

the -- underground. there are photos released of people involved in the brawl, but still too early to label any as suspect. >> fire investigators in new jersey are working to determine what caused a house fire in florence township. the flames broke out at 30 east front street last night at about 6:30. that's right rice next to the delaware riverfront. the fire went to up two alarm, took crews several hours to get the fire under chrome. no one was hurt. >> a man is in stable condition this morning after being shot nine times in trenton, new jersey. officers responded to the shooting here on the 800 block around 6:00 last night, police are activity investigating what led to the shooting and expected to release more information later today. >> two wilmington men wanted in a series of burglaries in new castle county are under arrest. police say harvey and reason stole cartons of cigarettes from gas stations, news stands, and tobacco shops within the last month and a half. total price tag on the stolen goods, $23,000.

police in california are investigating after man kills his daughter before taking his own life happened near santa cruz. the suspect's wife called police saying her husband was going to commit suicide and was with their child. found 36 year old man and his eight year old daughter dead in a park car near a mall in monica bay. >> tragic event for the family of course, and in our entire community, so we offer our thoughts to the family. these are difficult investigatioinvestigations. >> police have not released the names of the father and daughter. well the federal judge who halted president trump's revised travel ban is now saying no to the justice department. the department asked us district judge jared watson if his ruling applies only to travelers from six muslim majority countries or if it also affect part of the ban to prevent all refugees from coming to the u.s. says the distinction was not originally made. so nothing to clarify.

guys, he comes in with a smile every single day. so happy that it is spring. thanks. he was just dying to come in here and talk about it, we new t talk about the blue route. blue route at mid-county looking good. we can see some cones in the roadway. what are we really talking about? welshing concrete repairs in this area. mid-county toll plaza, e paws express lanes, closed. and they're going to be closed until april 10th. so start to pose a problem for us, maybe closer to the 6:00 moving into the 7:00. so again, mid-county toll plaza, e-zpass express lanes closed until april 10. this is going to make it very slow in that area. also, construction here, cleared, schuylkill eastbound at gulf mims. looking at this, actually starting to get a little busy already. just tracking the 5:00 hour. you can only imagine what it will be like into the 6:00 hour. then looking at the schuylkill at the boulevard, guys, what it looks like here. i would say another area, keep my eye on, we know that
