they're just that very scattered, you know, did i see one loan raindrop in the camera lights here, just a moment ago. i haven't felt anything actually on my back. but, we do have couple of showers that may dot your windshield, or leave behind damp road. but guys, it is just too warm. even up in the poconos, for this actually have any major freezing concerns, certainly here in the city just rain showers, 44, awfully mild beginning to the day. and i am a not saying could you walk out the door without a jacket unless you are one of those very hardy folks, but you'll find here is milder day. eventually rebound to 58 degrees in the city, and the clouds do break. so, every passing hour essentially only going to get better from this point forward. partly sunny up in the mountains, 56 at the shore, eventually clouds breaking there, as well. but coming up we are as rahel mentioned talking about very, very significant swing on the thermometer. we go from a january-like chill, to april-like warmth, all in the span of a couple of days. so even though it is a generally quiet work week, there is definitely a big weather story to talk about.

and we will do just that a little later on, meisha? >> katie sounds good. thank you so much for. that will looking outside right now, what are we talking about? well, we are talking about it all morning long, just waking up with us, what's going on. accident that happened, schuylkill near broad street at around 3:00 a.m. because of that, the schuylkill eastbound is closed between passyunk avenue and packer avenue in south philly. what you are looking at right now, flares in the roadway, see the crews out there, kind of blocking from getting out of the schuylkill. this is oregon avenue right there. also the onramp from passyunk avenue, closed. also the eastbound off ramp to the walt whitman bridge is closed because of it. here are couple of alternates for you. oregon avenue orr 95 or take the ben franklin bridge instead of the walt whitman bridge. those are couple of options for you. plus, we were talking about this yesterday. talking about it again today. got some construction, mid-county toll plaza, e-zpass express lanes, pennsylvania turnpike, closed until april 10th. what's that mean for you? it will get very busy out there, especially for the people that maybe have not heard the news and they're confused as to why

all every these lanes are closed. can really add to the stress of the morning rush. just heads up. factor in some extra time to your commute. innocent all tenth, talking about more construction coming up in a little bit. rahel, over to you. >> thank you. now on "eyewitness news" exclusive to story we broke earlier this month. >> you will recall we told but construction clue that found graves that are hundreds of years old on arch street at old city philadelphia. well, now you're getting first look as archeologists at rutgers camden are trying to identify each person burried at what used to be the first baptist church burial ground. the team found 77 coffins that were if great shape. nearly 150 bodies out of coffins, but they were intact. >> we tried as much as possible to get people out whole. if we could gotten tire coffins out intact, that's what we aim to do. >> the remains will be intered at mount mariah cemetery in southwest philadelphia. the rutgers camden team even hopes to find the descendent every those burried, if

community members filled the cannon baptist church in new castle delaware for prison reform town hall. discussed the quality of delaware prison system from prison conditions could to rehabilitation programs. early february, directions officer was killed, at vaughn correctional center after inmates took several hostages. family members of inmate attended yesterday's town hall. >> police in north jersey are investigating the death of two new jersey men whose bodies were found in the bullying car owned by a real at this -- reality star. the men were found shot to death in a car belonged to real housewives of new jersey cast member, kim paoli. son was friends with one of the victims, 27 year old karen anderson. anderson's brother says he's devestated. >> like my worlds just really like, well, you know, that's my brother. we only like a year apart, 18 months. you know, i grew one him. that's my right hand man doing everything. >> second victim in the vehicle was identified by family as antonio vega.

>> i no. i was watching chips. i was busy. >> all right. we digress, let's talk about the weather. we have ups and downs everywhere. forty's, 50's, 60s in the forecast, little taste every january, little taste of april. couple of days that really feel like march, too, i mean, we're everywhere. but let me show you why things are happening and what's actually going on right now. at the moment, this video or this current live picture i should say being take friend our very own station headquarters. i like to call it the grim cam, dave grim set this up for us, nice wide zoom on the city skyline there. at the moment i was just on skydeck, no rainout here, but i have seen some of our eyewitness weather watchers that you have seen a little bit of rain. so, with that said, we take you out to the maps here from the watchers, and take a look at some of the reports coming in. we start things offer just outside of the city of philadelphia, where bill is in fact reporting a little hint of very light rain. and even though it is chilly outside, it is too warm for any icing to take place,

that's helpful here. thanks to that one from bill here. we go toter no one off to the north. this is the one i want. 40 degrees, 40 degrees right now in bath, pa. higher elevations, too, charles actually reporting more clouds than anything in bath. he did mention he still have 4 e ground. so quite a bit of melting has been taking place in that area. one more, we go back to the south, and let's go into southwest most new jersey. 40 degrees also from john, out in mullica hill with more clouds. now moving things forward, i want to actually gave you a sense how the temperatures are looking at least jumping into the next month. since we are, believe it, only couple every days away really from the beginning every month of april. likely, essentially, east of the mississippi, back into texas, southern plane state, will likely be above average as we look ahead to the new month. so if you're fan of the warmth, i honestly feel like this is probably intuitive, march been anomaly, above average, so many above average

schuylkill eastbound was closed between passyunk and packer avenue. and that has now since been cleared in south philly. onramp from passyunk avenue, the schuylkill also closed, also been cleared, and also eastbound off-ramps to walt whitman bridge, also been cleared. so we have some alternates for you, no longer needed, looking good basically anywhere on the schuylkill. then we have some electric can repairs in new jersey, route 130 northbound, right lane heads up on that, and also, some construction out there that we were talking about yesterday. so, construction here, going to slow you down until about april 10. pa turnpike, e-zpass express lanes, closed, causing some confusion and slow downs yesterday. hopefully more people get the memo today. they know to pack little extra time into their commute around this area because you are going to need to do so, jim, over to you. >> thank you shall meisha. well, it is a reunion years in the making. >> just ahead we will tell you how these two people are bonded, and what they went through to find each other again. we will be back.

weather roller coaster that has feeling hot and cold. >> but at least it is spring on the calendar. guess what? that means the fourth annual philly wine week is under way. many local restaurants and bars across the city will be hosting special event and wine tasting this week. >> this morning "eyewitness news" reporter pat gallen is live at panorama in old city. this restaurant apparently a real record hold when he it comes to wine. patrick, tell us more. >> reporter: yes, that's correct. of course, guys, undoubtedly you've heard of restaurant week, beer week. forget all of that. this is the biggest week. it is wine week here in philadelphia. and this is, well, what i like to call the wall of wine. this is bill, good morning, my friends, how are you? bill from panorama. bill what are we looking at exactly? what's this? >> this is actually the guiness world record largest wine keeper. so there is nothing like this in the world, we have it here in old city philadelphia in the pens view hotel panorama, 120 wines on tap, serve over 150 wines by the glass every

day, 30 different wine flights, wine week great excuse to really push the envelope whatever we are doing here with our wine programs. so we have wines all different regions, of course being an italian restaurant, we focus mostly it alien wines, but some from every corner of the world. this particular week for philly wine week doing things like putting magnums, big bottles, 1999, which we all are almost through had one from last night, from the beginning every wine week. >> right? >> we did a great event here last night, but serving these for just pennies over cost, so that we can kind of play and give people great value. which is what philly wine week is all about. >> not bad idea. >> a lot of times wine, people think that you need to have all kind of knowledge, special knowledge. >> not true? >> well, you know, this is a way to get that knowledge, philly wine week. so many different events that have access to wine makers,
