12:16 pm
been -- generally been below average, as of today, or yesterday, i should say, we're about 2.5 degrees below average for the month as a whole. when you average everything out. looking at storm scan3, nice wide zoom, yes, did have wet weather rolling through earlier on this morning, beginning to clear out for us at this point, high pressure will take the lead. but there is a cold front that's regardless going to be crossing through, knocking our temperatures back, and boy does it. we're talking ten to 15 degrees below average, come tomorrow, but that isn't even what you can go by. you have to go by a feels-like value, because the winds is going to be whipping pretty much all day, i would say gusts upward 35 miles per hour, throughout the day tomorrow. and that's going to make it feel not only like january, like the coldest days in january. so, all of those spring plants that you might have put out, you got specially wednesday night into thursday, keep in mind, that they need to be protected either bring in those potted plants or cover them with a clot. we're actually expect to go see a prolonged period of temperatures that won't break out of the 20's wednesday night into early thursday. and this shows us very well,

breaking through the clouds, but more clouds than sunshine, although, at this point, i expect it generally dry day. sunday is the day, and i know we have the love run going on, unfortunately looks like rain to track that day, we're not talking certainly snow or ice, too warm, but regardless, it will be a jammed sunday for us, although pretty typical at 55. lingering shower come monday, our daytime high about 53 degrees. so just recap, it will get awfully chilly out there, guys, make sure you have the winter coat ready to go. jim, rahel, back over to you. >> all right, good advice, katie, thank you. well as the day that tennis fans across our region have been waiting for, tickets for the philadelphia freedom's go on sale today. >> and joining us this noon, to tell us all about it, is the legendary tennis star, and philadelphia freedom's owner, billie jean king. welcome. >> good to see you guys. great to see you again, jim. >> wonderful to have you here. so let's set things up. there are 14 matches? >> seven home, seven away. now moved to a new home, st.
