will be formally charged with two dozen counts of corruption authorities say williams took more than hundred thousand dollars in gifts, trips, cash in exchange for official favors. he is accused of stealing money from a relative, money supposed to help pay for nursing home expenses. williams attorney says d.a. denies any wrongdoing and will fight charges. criminal charges against d.a. williams has created a challenge for the next d.a. >> candidates running for the spot say it is up to them to regain public's trust. seth williams faces bribery and extortion charges. reaction from the candidates was swift. >> i expected some of the bribery and pay to play and corruption stuff but stuff about the nursing home fraud was really disturbing. to defraud a family member and take money for your own personal use. >> reporter: fellow democratic candidate michael untermayor said seth williams ran on reform the criminal justice system. philadelphia still has one of the most dysfunctional criminal justice systems in the country. beth grossman says change in political party could be the solution. >> when you have a one party system it really lead to sadly complacently and corruption and fact that it is found its way in the district attorney's office is just truly shock to go me. >> reporter: former first district attorney tariq el-shabazz weighed in on charges against his long term boss, writing in party offer my support and gratitude to the hard working men and women at district attorney's office who i know will continue to fight for justice on behalf of

that vehicle was involved in the incident. so far no arrests have been made. also, gloucester township police release aid sketch of the man they believed tried to lure a girl in his car earlier this month. authorities say he approached the girl in the area of stone bridge drive-in and asked if she need aid ride. police are looking for an older model white style sedan with the blue or black stripe. anyone with information is asked to call gloucester county police at (856)228-4500 that is (856)228-4500. amber alert remains in effect for tennessee teen who authorities believe was kidnaped, by her teacher. elizabeth thomas's family is making a public plea to help find the 15 year-old. teen vanished last week with her alleged kidnapper, tad cummings. former high school teacher is accused of grooming the vulnerable teen for weeks. >> turn yourself in. i'm not asking you to go to the police. just leave her somewhere safe and let somebody know so we can have her back.

>> this newly released picture of them was taken at school, in january, the same month another student allegedly saw cummings kissing elizabeth in his classroom. police are issuing a warning about a speeding ticket scam after arresting a 16 year-old boy in connection to the hoax. some residents in west town, township received these fake violation notices in their mailboxes earlier in the week. it includes a picture of driver's vehicle and says fine of $96 must be paid in cash before a specified dade. four moments in the pleasant grove neighborhood received notices. >> i don't know that i would immediately have done to do what it says to do i but it does look real. >> no adult with the shred of common sense will pay a fine in cash. they would know immediately that it is a scam. >> well, investigators were led to the young suspects after his father, found un delivered notices near family's computer and called police. joe piss co powe says he won't run as a republican but more serious then ever about

in at 5:25 this morning, beautiful view, clear skies overall and in addition, this came in from lynn, just a last bit in the shady spot of the snow that she has got outside her doorstep. things will melt away. we have had mild air in place to allow for that. we are not calling for more snow but we are calling for more cold. taking a look at storm scan at lake enhanced snow showers that picked up with the northwest wind picking up as well and we are in the clear with sunshine throughout the day. problem is, bigger story is cold that is settling in, in the wake of the high pressure it will settle back in too so we will keep sunshine around but temperature begins to drop off and wind picks up and it already is, in fact, it starts to get colder, and colder, and colder with every passing hour winter gear is what you will need here plus a pair of sunglasses. look at that northwest wind as high as 15 to 17 miles an hour already. when we went on the air an hour ago it was down to below 10 miles an hour in most spots it is beginning to happen.

well, a six year-old boy's parents are teaching him a very important lesson to be humble, and kind. >> now he is taking that lesson and spreading it in a sult, unique way. brad of indiana and writes letters of the kindness to his friend and family but doesn't sign letters with his name, he signs them as the kindness ninja. sometimes he will write eight or 10 a day. >> if they are having a bad day they can just look at that and think that they are special. we wanted to lift other peoples hearts to make them feel very good. >> he is pretty special. among the recipients are members of his favorite basketball team the pur he wrote a letter for each member to wish them luck and they may have been good luck because they are in the sweet
