apartment complex in maple shade. that's where we find "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo liver with the latest on the investigation, jan, good morning. >> they do confirm they're investigating at least one death after a body was found here, you can see, liver on the scene this morning, that there is still a large police presence here, right behind me, that's the crime scene unit van, and then if we go to our right you can see the area that investigators had been focusing on, they've been looking at first floor apartment, right here in the front, near a large bush. every once in a while you can see flashes of light, as investigators continue to investigate and take pictures and collect evidence here at the scene. now, if you take a lack at the video, this is what they've been doing all night long into the early morning hours. maple shade police were first called to the fox meadow ants on 100 block of fox meadow drive right around 99:00 last

gunned down a man in philadelphia's east oaklane section. shot rang out at the intersection of 65 and around 10:00 last night. thirty year old man shot in the chest, returned to the hospital where he later died. police say two men sped away in a gray colored car. and emaciated dog found dumped in a trash bag in a local park. now police officer being accused of leaving the animal thereto die. authority say they traced the chip installed in the dog to officer michael long who is 11 year veteran of the department. woman discovered the dog now known as cranberry about four month ago, while walking her own dog in wissahickon valley park. >> i could tell she was in distress. obviously wrapped up in a trash bag, i did not know the condition of her until i had actually gone and opened up the trash bones. >> well, long facing multiple animal cruelty charges, has been suspended with the intent to dismiss. cranberry there has made a full recovery. >> president trump is demanding that the house vote today on the gop plan to

>> katie, thank you so much. good morning, everyone, so, if you haven't heard me talk about this already, what weo isd news, fatal crash here the schuylkill off ramp northbound boulevard that ramp is still closed for some of you just headed out the door now. and alternate around this is probably going to be kelly drive to the boulevard. so, again, this crash happened around 4:00 a.m. it is still out there, clearly, and looks like it might be out there for quite some time. so again schuylkill westbound off ramp to the boulevard, northbound boulevard, we have fatal crash. that will ramp is closed so kelly drive or the boulevard going to be your best bet. also, weaver got construction, a lot of construction crews out there, as well, 202 north between boot road, that right lane is compromised. right now, starting to see levels build basically anywhere we look, also we got a regatta and regular race this weekend, kelly drive where the regatta is inbound closed between six a.m. and 5:00 p.m. heads up. where the race is mlk closed 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
