fair section are looking for a pair of juveniles they believe may be responsible for yet another act of vandalism at a neighborhood synagogue. investigators say the latest incident is linked to two previous cases since december of rocks thrown the juveniles involved were scene on surveillance. >> it seems to be two kids. they start hauling rocks and flee. >> a baseball sized rock was thrown through a stained glass window. they face charges of vandalism for all three incidents. >> no charges will be filed against a philadelphia

laundromat owner. take a look at this surveillance video from north fifth street yesterday afternoon. you can see the laundromat owner running after the alleged robber who was shot twice in the chest. the innocent by stander was shot in the hand. all this after the suspect dropped the $2,000 he allegedly stole. it was dropped in the street. the suspect is in critical condition and will be charged. police say some who scooped up the cash may also face charges. the pennsylvania spca says this pit bull named duke was stabbed multiple times and left for dead. animal control found him in grave condition over the weekend. authorities say he got lose from a caretaker's yard friday night. the dog underwent emergency surgery and is in stable condition. >> the idea of somebody just leaving him on the street to succumb to his injuries is very disheartening. >> the pennsylvania spca is asking for the public's help identifying whoever is
