allegations made last year, joins us enough center sit which new details just released from the controller's updated report. good afternoon, joe. >> good afternoon, this is the second installment of the audit of what's known as the mayor's non-profit very specific intentions and goals as to how its money is supposed to be spent controller calling on the michael nutter administration to reimburse more than $200,000. now, many of those charges made to the mayor's fund, according to the report, were accrued by the fund's former executive director bell. bell previously denied anything proper, occurred, with her spending. but her credit card tide to the fund racked up 458 uber rides according to the audit, and that's not all to further breakdown how some of the money was spent, the report shows $70,000 was spent on hotel stays. at least a handful of nutter

administrators, including the former mayor, had two hotel rooms each, during the papal visit here in philadelphia. there is the $8,000 for uber, $11,000 for plane and train tickets, and hundreds of dollars for food. former mayor michael nutter is personally being called onto pay back $22,100 for a farewell party, avenue text into nutter for comment. he previously blasted controller alan but the co-very much and called when the first piece of this audit was announced in august. >> well, the funds is supposed to support environmental initiatives, tourism, youth programs, people in need. we've found hundreds of thousands of dollars of expenses were simply used as a way to purchase things without going through the normal city process, for approval and

handful of flags out there, see lightly waving in the relatively light breeze. but the winds flow out of the northwest, keep in mind, cooler any time that winds does blow. certainly seeing the clouds dissipate, nicely, so that will continue to be the story nice clear sky right into the night, right through tomorrow, but here's that storm we are were talking about, already this morning, across oklahoma, kansas, nebraska, even into texas, heavy thunderstorm many tornado watches and warnings, posted early this morning. >> counter clockwise rotation, the storm itself really getting its act together. it is taking its time too. it is a sluggish storm. so the next day and a half we'll see a lot of severe weather we think breaking out across the deep south into the mississippi valley here. but here, in our area, we actually evening out beautiful day on thursday. so we really just need to bide our time until this get here. now again, i don't think is major severe weather threat. because it is so slow, your friday is looking pretty

soggy, specially in the p.m. hours, look to bring the heaviest rain, rumbles of thunder very likely with this, as well, mainly friday event, i do think you could see wet werth as early as late thursday night, as late as into early saturday morning. so, this is going to be a long event for our area. and as a result, we could even see over inch worth of rain. potentially, not given, but possibility. heaviest like i said, heaviest of the rain coming through the p.m. hours. but i think the morning drive is certainly going to be impacted, it is raw, it is chilly daytime highs at best in the low 50's, but watch for slow travel, road ponding, poor drainage flooding all of the good things that tends to come with these kind of system. meanwhile currently into the mid 50's, doesn't feel raw and chilly with bright sunshine overhead. continue to see the thermometer read bound, should hit low 60s before said and done. now the peak of the cherry blossoms is expected start today through april 4th, about week early, in part due to the very warm february we had. also, the cold and the snowier
