flowers, not quite april yet but you get the drift. good morning, so, we have live mobile three, mid-county toll plaza, why are they there? we've been talking about this all week long, e-zpass express lanes have been closed and they were scheduled to be closed until april 10. great news for all of you right now, those opened early. they're now open. it is all clear. and looking good. so obviously still dark and still early. not even in the 5:00 hour yet. when we tip into the 5:00 hour, and because it is raining, and weaver all of the rain coming down, our commute will be very slow, great news around this area, for the e-zpass express lanes have opened, this is going to ease up a lot of tension, a lot of confusion, and maybe eliminate a lot of headaches throughout that it has been posing all week long, burlington bristol bridge is scheduled to open right at 5:10. heads up. take look at the shot. very foggy, rainy, so heads up to all of you headed out the doorways again. i don't like have to say it on a friday, but you are going to have to leave early, extra early again today for sure.

>> ♪ >> ♪ >> welcome back, even though we may ends up with a little bit of lull in the rain for now, it does not mean that you're not going to face your own set of problems if you are about ready to hit the road. there was very heavy round of rain that rolled through the city, just in the last couple of hours, and that is still pushing it way through new jersey and southern delaware, but even though we are in a bit after quote unquote lull, you're going to find additional round every rain. far from through with the storm system. and the damage has essentially been done already. road spray problem for you through the morning drive, ponding on roadways, all of that sort of stuff. you can see heavy rain still wait in the wings off to the west, actually going to be intensifying storm as it crosses our area. so you get the red light, the whole day. there is no commute that's really better than any other.

but i will say, that late afternoon and evening it is probably at its worse because that's when we see the heaviest rain actually pushing through, and so many people will be out on the roadways, so we have to worry about flooding out there, flood watch takes effect as of noontime for much of the area. tomorrow, we do begin to brighten up. there is improvement over the weekends, sunday is the bright spot. it is not only milder but bright and sunny. but then don't blink. new system already here monday evening, bringing in some rain. that will linger into tuesday. so not really catches too much of a break, but there is at least a break down the road, meisha. >> who doesn't love a sunday, that relaxing sun that comes in on a sunday before monday? i know i do. looking outside right now, very wet outside. this is a live shot, right around mid-county toll plaza, see the camera showing the droplet on camera lens, see how wet it is out there. really why i am showing you the mid-county toll plaza, not because of the rain, which by the way we will be talking about, a lot today, you will have to leave early, but the e-zpass express lanes as you know have been closed. and they were scheduled to be
