police say a 13-year-old was attacked in broad daylight and sexual assaulted by three teenage boys, good evening, i'm natasha brown, thank you for joining us, this brazen attack now involves the special victims unit. "eyewitness news" reporter joe holden is live with the latest on the ongoing investigation. joe? >> reporter: natasha, this attack unfolding earlier this afternoon in broad daylight. but behind closed doors of an abandoned property in the hunting park section of philadelphia. police say they have made no arrests but it is unclear if they are talking to perhaps the person of interest or potential suspects. an suv detective leaves the row home in the 1300 block of west butler with single bag of evidence. inside, police say a 13-year-old girl was sexual assaulted by a group of three teenage boys was pulled inside the home after walking down the street.

overturned on the atlantic city subway all lanes are closed at the farley service plaza. at least seven gallons of fuel spilled. they say the tanker was traveling eastbound when the accident happened. traffic is being diverted to exit 28 and there were no reports of injuries. pretrial hearings against bill cosby are expected to proceed tomorrow. prosecutors want the jury to see a sealed document showing cosby admitting to giving andrea constand and other women quaaludes, they would like to show excerpts from his book where he talks about a drug called spanish fly, cosby's lawyers want no mention of quaaludes or spanish fly during the trial a new jersey community is mourning the loss of a teenage boy killed while on an atv joy ride with his friends.

died and victim who was shot multiple times was rushed to the hospital where he later died. authorities trying to figure out what sparked a three alarm blaze at an abandoned warehouse in reading, berks county. crews were called out to the 200 block of south 11th street about 9:30 this morning, the fire burned several hours before crews were able to eventually place it under control. residents nearby were evacuated and no reports of any injuries. an ambush on road. a driver shot to death on the roosevelt boulevard while waiting at a red light. news at summer dale and the boulevard where police say a 39-year-old man was gunned down inside his car shortly before 6:00 this morning, police say a white cadillac pulled up alongside the victim's car, fired multiple shots and drove off. police are investigating. so far no suspects in this case. this evening, president trump is saying his administration may not be moving away from healthcare reform

thunderstorms but future weather showing us all is quiet. we'll see increasing clouds and still quiet into monday and we'll start to see this area of precipitation building in in the city maining after about 10:00 then overspreading the area, pockets of heavier rainfall embodied thunderstorm late monday and tuesday morning, for tuesday morning, we'll see scattered showers around, probably a lull around midday and the wet weather activity maybe breaks of sunshine, watch out for the more sunshine we see in that couple of hours will further destabilize our atmosphere and we'll see scattered thunderstorms developing as we head to tuesday afternoon, and a few of those could be on the stronger see before we head to tuesday evening. lose the daytime heating and kind of lose the storm threat as we push into evening on tuesday, future rainfall showing us. amounts will be variable. some could pick up a half to inch of rainfall, this is midday tuesday, not even taking into account storms tuesday afternoon, really going to be focused where we see the heavier
