now this is what is affected, starting at 8:00 a.m. this morning they are going to start doing repairs, what's going to happen they'll be closing two of the four lanes. you close two of the four lanes at 8:00 a.m. it will really slow you down, impact you. heads up moving out the door this morning, you will want to know that because it is going to slow us down starting 8:00 a.m. then probably throughout the morning until the repairs are completed. quick look at the 95 south at cottman, coming around the s curve looking good on this monday morning, we know it will be busy, certainly will start to heat up. also construction schuylkill westbound ramp from university ave., left lane block between 7:00 a.m. again, 7:00 a.m., right at the top of that rush, until 3:00 p.m. rahel, jim, back to you. >> meisha, thank you. bill cosby is expected in the montgomery county courtroom today for another pretrial hearing. >> prosecutors will ask the judge to allow evidence which they say should not be over looked. essentially hearing over what evidence will be allowed in court. prosecutors want permission to use cosby's own words against him even from decades ago. they include a deposition from 2,005, also excerpts from his 1991 book, childhood. bill cosby charged with drugging and sexually assaulting former temple university employee andrea constand at his montgomery county home in 20,004. in a court fueling thursday, prosecutors ask the judge to allow the jury to see sealed document where cosby admitted giving to constand and other women quaaludes. that will dock septa deposition he gave in 2,005 after constand sued him for defamation and sexual battery. the suit eventually settled out of court. the prosecution would also like to show excerpts from cosby's book childhood, where he talks about using a drug called spanish fly as a boy to get girls interested in him. on the other hand cosby's lawyers no mention every quaaludes, spanish fly or his

conduct with other women during the trial, also want to exclude information with constand's civil settlement from this criminal case. >> the hearing set for 9:30 this morning before a judge steven o'neil. judge o'neil most recently ruled of the dozens of women who have come forward with similar accusations, only one other of cosby's accusers will be allowed to testify at this june trial. but for now, liver outside the montgomery county courthouse, trang do, cbs 3, "eyewitness news," jim, rahel, back to you. >> trang, thank if you. in other news close to year after a fatal beating three high school student lent go on trial. on april 21 of last year, amy joyner francis was attacked in a bathroom in howard high school of technology in wilmington. classmates will go on trial in family court charged with third agree criminal conspiracy. one every them 17 year old girl also charged with crimini neglect homicide. >> police in philadelphia juniata section are investigating after a 13 year old girl is reportedly sexually assaulted by three teen boys. the attack happened in this abandoned row home on the 1300

block every west butler street. police say the victim was walking down the street shortly before 5:00 p.m. when the group pulled her inside the boarded up home. >> you got a group of young kids, i don't know where most of them probably don't even live around here, but they're constantly in that building, instead of being in school. this is a during the day situation. >> and residents say they have complains before about the boarded up property. so far, no arrest haves been made. >> well, philadelphia police continue to search for the person who killed a man in his dog. officers returned to the 1800 block of north taney street after report of gunfire around 5:00 last night. by the time they got there the dog was dead and the man died of multiple gunshot wounds about an hour later. meanwhile, philadelphia police also have no suspect after someone ambushed and shot a man to death on roosevelt boulevard. police say the victim was at red light at somerdale and the boulevard sunday morning when driver in a white cadillac pulled up alongside the car, fired several shots, and then

the farley service plaza, the spill spilled at least 7,000 gallons every fuel. >> new jersey community is mourning a teenage boy who died while riding a atv with his friends. it happened saturday afternoon along west patty bo kerr road in southampton township. fourteen year old nicholas cunning man, and passenger, lost control of their atv and collided when another atv being driven by another teen. two of the teens injured in the collision, nicholas died at the scene, and none were wearing helmets. >> when found out i was with two other kids, we were heart broken. i just realized i will never see him again. and in school, tomorrow, it will be so different. he was the funniest kid. >> "eyewitness news" has learned that the two injured teens are expected to survive. spreading fire investigators are trying to pinpoint what sparked a three alarm fire at abandoned warehouse. crews responded to the 200 block every south 11 street around 9:30 sunday morning, fire burned for several hours before crews were able to put out the flames at this point

later on tonight we will start to see this storm system move in. it is producing some incredibly heavy thunderstorms right now across the buoy, out toward alabama, mississippi. this part of the puzzle will not impact us so much in the way of any severe threat. we definitely get soaked again with some rain and very likely some thunderstorms. this storm gets its act together and the heaviest moisture starts to build to the northeast. soap, what yo you will find here on future weather is a very big blob of rain overnight into early tomorrow morning. but it looks like it may ends up being removed from our region. come 3:00 p.m., nothing to track yet, then few speckles begin to slow up on the radar later tonight. you should get through the evening without any hitches. looks like rain will hold off until later tonight. notice that very heavy rounds every rain will move in. by the time actually this is starting to wake up for the morning ahead here, 1:00, 2:00, very heff moving through. bulk of it looks like to the northeast. we get dealt certainly a blow, but glancing blow, there will be heavy rain, bombing on
