"eyewitness news" reporter david spunt just arrived on the scene and what can you tell us. >> reporter: jessica and ukee terrible scene at north styles , and i want to back out of the way. we got an update from james clark about 10 minutes ago at philadelphia police, he tells me this happened after 3:30 this afternoon, and four people shot, two are pronounced dead, all four were taken to the hospital, and he said he is not going to get in the specific circumstances but we do know that it happened at 11th and north styles in north philadelphia just after 3:30. we are told those four men were standing outside, on a sidewalk, when a car came up, fired multiple shots, at lee 21 shell casings on the ground right now, police looker

looking through them right now i asked captain clark if this may abe drug deal. we spotted pill bottles on the ground. he did say it vice early until the investigation. >> right now we don't know what we have. we have four individual standing there. we believe that someone came out from each location and started firing. one shooter, maybe two, started firing at the individual and then fled from this location. right new we don't know what it is over. >> reporter: again police looking for one person, possibly two people, involved in this shooting. just to recap 11th and north styles happened at 3:30 in the afternoon, four people shot, two pronounced dead, here in north philadelphia. police still looking for those people involved. reporting live tonight david spunt for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". david, thank you. two suspects under arrest in the shooting death of the 13 year-old boy in philadelphia. the suspects are 19 year-old t ymir johnson and 28 year-old christopher sutherland, both

charged with murder and march 10th shoeing of khiser davis on hunting park avenue. preliminary hearings are scheduled for later this month more on the frightening, dangerous incident we first told but at 5:00. for drivers on the pennsylvania turnpike, state police are looking for the person who threw rocks at cars , on a popular commuter route, "eyewitness news" reporter anita oh joins us from the pennsylvania police barracks with more on this story, anita. >> reporter: we have learned that they were hurling roxanne throwing steel rebar and we know that at least six cars damaged but pennsylvania state police believe many more cars got hit. a sunday drive on the pennsylvania turnpike, nearly turned deadly for tracie andre s. >> guy standing on the side of the concrete barriers with a rock, throwing ate cross the barrier, abe he hit my windshield. >> reporter: leaving behind this sizable crater, charreds

t-shirt. white man wearing a gray hoodie f caught they face criminal charges. live from king of prussia, anita oh for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". a neat, pennsylvania turnpike case brings to mind another ongoing investigation in new jersey. state police there continue to seek the source, of a dumbbell that smashed through a vehicle 's windshield. seven five-year old jeff decarlo was driving on the new jersey turnpike in salem county january 9th when the weight hit his car, head on, and died from his injuries a few days later. the trial began today for three teenage girls accused in the fatal beat being of 16 year-old amy joyner frances. joyner frances was brutally attack in the bathroom at howard high school of technology, last april, and "eyewitness news" reporter alycia nieves was inside the court the courtroom today and she joins with us more, alycia >> reporter: ukee, day one of the trial wrapped up about an hour ago and it was, a tense, emotional, packed courtroom, all day, yet victim's family on one side and family of the three teens charged on the

other it is nearly a year since memorials were first placed outside a howard high school of technology in wilmington, almost 12 months since students were stunned by death of the 16 year-old amy joyner frances. now, today, the three teen girls accused of causing her death are on trial. >> when you sit in that courtroom there are four families experiencing a great deal and pain. >> reporter: not only is amy joyner-frances were at day one of the trial and through their spokesperson cheryl dorsey walker they had one simple message. >> family seeking justice but what is justice when you have lost a child. >> reporter: prosecutors are trying to show she died april 21st of last year, as a result of this school bathroom brawl, caught on student cell phone video. over a half dozen witnesses were called to testify today, the three classmates accused of being responsible for joyner frances death planned the attack the day before. attorneys of the three teens charged though, contend this

fight, was spontaneous act and that joyner frances was an equal participant. amy joyner frances died of preexisting heart conditions that prosecutors believe was exacerbated by this fight. now, two of the teens are facing criminal conspiracy for their alleged role in planning the fight, and third teen actually seen in the cell phone video hitting young woman that died is accused of criminally negligent homicide. it is important to note this is not jury trial being held in the juvenile system. so a judge will decide fate of the two teens charged, likely within the next two weeks when the trial is expected to end. reporting live from wilmington , alycia nieves for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". a lawsuit files to seek to force district attorney seth williams from office. former d.a. lynn abraham and attorney richard sprague filed that lawsuit in common pleas court. on friday williams voluntarily suspended his law license but said he plans to stay in

office. last month he was indicted on charges of bribery and extortion. a fight for what will be allowed at bill cosby's trial got underway in montgomery county courtroom today. prosecutors are fighting to have jury see a sealed document that contained cosby admit to go giving andrea constand and other woman quaaludes in the 1970's. prosecutors wants portions of cosby's book titled childhood used against him n that book he talks about using spanish fly to get woman to like him. cosby's defense teams is asking the judge to allow additional questions to be asked of perspective jurors. questionnaire will help determine whether jurors being selected from allegheny county may be biased due to the international attention that this case has received. a dance at a championship on the line tonight, but one year ago it was villanova, making their mark on the college final four history. >> thirty-second, jenkins, for the championship, yes.
