northeast corridor, modified schedule between d.c., insuring running you through thursday, jim, over to you. thanks, meisha. police say a 47 year-old man will be okay after being shot in the neck in philadelphia's logan section. this happened on the 4900 block of north warincome street. after victim was shot he made it to the friend's house where they called police. police believe he was wearing a black baseball cap and track suit but they are in the sure what led to the shooting. a man is caught on camera 's puts his hand on someone else's baby. >> police are saying it appears to be an attempted abduction. eyewitness news reporter frank does live in dunkin' donuts in center city where the unusual theme played out, trang do, good morning. >> reporter: this is a pretty unusual situation, philadelphia police are asking for public's help, to help them locate the possible offender. they necessity who he is. they are looking for the babe and parents of that baby to determine if a crime actually happened here. it is video that would real up
