delaware hours after a four-year-old girl was abducted and sexual assaulted. the child was outside playing with friends in the fright00 block of sugar plum court when a man approached her at 7:00 p.m. thursday. >> they were approached by a white or hispanic male, who drove up in dark-colored sedan vehicle and engaged a four-year-old in small conversation. >> reporter: police say the man walked the victim to his car and sped off. child's gave chase but couldn't catch up >> little girls always are screaming and doing things like that and we didn't think anything of it. >> reporter: a search for the missing four-year-old girl sent family members and neighbors scouring the streets, canvassing every corner along with police, after what must have seemed like an i i turnny.

a witness spotted the girl >> there's nothing lower, nothing lower than a person can do than to take advantage and sexually abuse and take the innocence of a four-year-old child. >> reporter: we can tell you this is an active and ongoing investigation at this point. it now involves the fbi as well as the delaware state police department. meantime police are urging residenting to be vigilant about noticing suspicious activity or cars in your neighborhood, live at the new castle county police department. authorities are investigating an attempted abduction in quakertown bucks county. this happened on the unit block of elm street. a 7-year-old boy told police he went outside to right his bike

when a man jumped out from behind a bush. the boy ran to a nearby school and was not hurt. police are asking anyone with information to call them. two wildwood men charged with sexual assaulting a 15-year-old. 20-year-old mickey butler and 18 yard trayvon smith gave the teenager alcohol and drugs and assaulted her at a home and rio grand avenue. they're being held at cape may county jail. the united states says it will keep the pressure on syria with more economic sanctions and further military action, if necessary, after last night's agents. to my hawk missiles hit the arctics during the raid destroying the base. the satellite photo shows the missiles also destroyed stored sites and radar stations. this photo shows president trump and cabinet officials being breached after the strikes. russia denounced the strike calling it a violation of international law.
