what may have led up to this crash. >> and right now, crews are on the scene after fire in philadelphia's logan section. firefighters were called to the 61600 block every west lowden street, just before 7:00 this morning. everyone inside was able to make it out safely. no one was hurt. the fire was put out in just about 15 minute, right now, it is unclear what caused this fire. >> flew this morning, out of north philadelphia, crews responds to early morning fire in a two story home there. the fire broke out just before 5:00 this morning. it happened on west allegheny avenue, and north mascher street. the fire was contained in just about 20 minute. neighbors say they awoke to the sounds of firefighters arriving on the scene. >> when recognize that it was smoke, i went upstairs, i told everyone to get up. he ran down in the basement. and you seen flames, fire, and then i thought it was gas escaping. then i seen the cop knock on the door and told us to cover up, get out.

>> neighbors say the same home was firebombed a few days ago, than is under investigation. >> following breaking news out of egypt this morning. bomb inside church has killed at least 21 people, another 38 people hurt. it happened in a church north of the egyptian capitol of cairo, people taking part in palm sunday services, as of no no one claimed responsibility, christians make up about 10% of egypt's population, and they have repeatedly been targeting by islamic extremists, pope francis expressed his condolances, saying he's praying the dead and the wounded. >> bomb like device and arrested suspect, police found explosive device, at a busy subway station, in oslo it swept through the area to evacuate people from bars and restaurants, and diffuse the bomb. investigators aren't yet releasing any more details about the suspect or further information about that device.

>> identified suspect if friday's deadly truck attack. investigators say bag of explosives was found inside of the truck, used in the terror attack. they also say the man arrested is likely the driver of that vehicle. on friday, a man drove a stolen truck at pedestrians on the busiest street in stockholme, killing four people, and injuring 15 others. >> secretary every state, rex tillerson, travels to moscow this week for official visit, syria of course will be on that agenda. meantime, more bones are range down in syria following an air strike from the us just days ago. roxanna has the latest. >> syrian opposition activists say they dropped more bombs where saran gas attack scored people this week. unclear where the latest strikes originated the the syrian air force has resumed flight at the base, from where the us says the assad regime launched the chemical attack. on thursday, us tomahawk

is sitting behind bars, and accused of risking a catastrophy. investigators say caught on camera setting fires three times in philadelphia. "eyewitness news" reporter, alicia, shows us how investigators caught up with him, more than two months after the spree started. >> surveillance video caught this as sonnies, three separate times, setting fire. for the last three months the man seen here setting fires in philadelphia seem to be getting away with them, until now. the city-wide arson task force has arrested 59 year old juan barclay, alleging he is this arsonist. >> hoping, you know, that this is the guy, and that there aren't any copycats. >> famous fourth street del i could have been destroyed in february when authorities allege bark clay set fire to cardboard boxes outside the business. >> burned up all these wires. >> thankfully emergency responders responded quickly in february, and there was only damage to the outside of

the famous deli that has been a part of queen village for 94 years. >> what was crazy, when you watch the video, he lit it, and then he went away, and he came back to see that it was burning. >> authorities allege few weeks earlier, barclay set fire to dumpster on ranstead street, and then damaged several cars when he set fire to trash along fifth street. the images every him weren't completely clear, until he set fire to the deli on fourth street. >> fortunately there is was a perfect example of the cameras that i have on the building and the cameras neighbors have on the block, they showed the whole thing. >> all of the fires started early morning hours around 4:00 a.m., none of them caused significant damage, but could have. and that is why juan barkley has been charged with causing or list ac catastrophy, arson, criminal miss chief n queen village, cbs-3, "eyewitness news."

>> fire rips through townhome on candlestick lane in sicklerville new jersey, flames were shooting from the third floor, when firefighters arrived on the scene got out thanks to working smoke alarm. the cause of the fire is under investigation. >> in camden now, admiral wilson boulevard, has reopened, following a trash fire there. the fire started near federal street around 5:00. it took firefighters about two and a half hours to bring those flames under control. authorities say one person was burned, no word on the condition of that person this morning, or the cause of this fire. >> still a heed here on cbs-3 "eyewitness news" this morning, 13 year old goes on joy ride with a baby inside of a car. and what's even more shocking, police say, his father let him get behind the wheel. plus, a wild scene at a church carnival. we'll tell you what happened after two bounce houses are blown away with children inside. plus: taste with tour, making

>> five children are hospitalized after two bounce houses were blown away in south carolina. it happened last night, at a church carnival, outside greenville. so the winds pick up two bounce houses there, one blown into a tree, the other was blown into some power lines. that causes power lines to snap, and now the accident caused power outage in that area, it is unclear how those children are doing this morning. >> a dad in florida facing charges after his teenage son went on a joy ride, and crashed into a canal. this all happened in lehigh

acres, outside of fort myers florida yesterday. two year old boy was inside with him. both managed to escape, as the car filled with water, and they had only minor injuries, the teen's father charged with child neglect. >> dallas officials trying to figure out who set off alarms, they say computer hack responsible for making the city 156 emergency sirens go off before midnight friday. it took almost two hours to turn them off. city officials say they don't know how one of the hackers broke into the system but do believe the hack happened in the dallas area. >> this morning delta still dealing with effect from severe weather days ago. they canceled almost 300 flight yesterday. airline says may be more

cancellation this is week, which is one of the busiest travel weeks of the year. severe weather struck the region, heart fields jackson internationainternational airpos delta's hub, 60% of the fleet passes through each day, flyers should check websites for flight status updates. >> a small landslide in washington, leaves, leads to voluntary evacuations in the area and the closure every highway there. the slow moving slide didn't injury anyone, but, it is not far from where a massive slide killed 43 people, and 2014. cracks along private road are what alerted neighbors to the possible danger there. geologists are inspecting the area this weekend. people in oakland aren't as lucky, regular tagged because of recent slide, sea of mud, debris, started saluting in the area thursday night. and continues to shift to move this weekend. now, homes in the path of the already destructive slide will be demolished, and their

70 degrees this afteron warming trend yesterday. may not have felt the warmest day just because we had bit of breeze to deal with. made it feel cooler at times. but that wind has really lightened up. so feels good today. crank it up a notch. next couple of days, will feel like may tomorrow. june, especially, on tuesday. and just as we were talking about dry stretch, no big storms coming at us, maybe couple of chances to see few showers. but really the big change is the overall pattern, jet stream moving back it the north. we get the surge of warm air, which is slipping over the south. disable, move back northward, high temperatures today around 8 degrees above average. good 15 tomorrow, even 20 on tuesday. so that gives us a shot of some lower 80s, as we should be low 60s this time of year. temperatures ranking upper positive's now in millville, allentown, into the lower four's, had one mount pocono. so that just goes to show the warmth that's off the grounds. cold air kind of just set philadelphia at the surface, you don't have to go too far

aloft. again to the warmer air, look at st. louis, 61 des moines, mile air, continues to spread eastward, so we will kick this cold air out of here today. and temperatures feeling like mid to late spring. pretty much all week long, high pressure compliment of high pressure provides the sunny skies, and protect us from any storms from developing. woe get few high clouds moving through from time to time. next few days. but no real rain threats coming at us. so high pressure over the east coast today, flow around the high, clockwise, so you got to remember once the high moves off shore, we're in good southwest winds flow, warmer air pumps northward. here we go. temperatures off to the races tomorrow and tuesday. watch this front. slow mover. you can see real now moisture with it, only little bit. approaches us tuesday night, maybe couple of showers, sprinkles, no soaking rain like we had the past few days, so monday hi, 78. that's the forecast, record high 89. won't hit. that will but we're going to get close to record territory tuesday, forecast high of 81,

not early april. and like i said we woke up this morning, temperatures 20's, 30's, slowly keiming into the low 40's now, 43, trenton, and philadelphia, 41, up at mount pocono, still few cold spots in here at 37 in quakertown, 38 in willow grove. but the big difference is the wind. calm to 5 miles per hour, yesterday, we had winds speeds over 20 miles per hour it, added bit of wind or chill to the wind there, and temperature, but today, not that bad outside. there you go. storm scan3, get outside, if you have outdoor plans go for it, yards work, sunshine, it will feel real good outside, spending time outside, throw the sun block on, can easily get sunburn this time of year. call it perfectly perfect. mild temperature, low humidity, light breeze, perfect conditions for baseball, and hopefully you have tickets to the phillies game. 66 degrees at first pitch, 1:35, by the end of the game, temperature will be around 7 degrees, on the rise home

a preview live in washington, w, bv news chief washington correspondent john dickerson, good morning. >> good morning, jan. well, weaver a lot to talk about this morning in the wake of the us military attack in syria. and we're going to talk to secretary of state, rex tillerson, not just about the attack, what led to it, but also, what is next before the us in syria and also, what the state of the us relationship with russia the close ally of the syrian president, rex tillerson, the secretary every state, is headed to moscow, next week. we also talk about china, chinese president meeting with the president this week, and obviously growing tensions in north korea. we will talk about that, also, some of the issues anyway with john mccain who would like to see president trump take more action in syria. his argument is there is more going on there than simply the syrian president's use of chemical weapons. we will also have foreign policy rounds table to put all of this in some kind of perspective with experts from foreign -- from previous administrations. and then as always, jan, we'll

so finally moving back into some consistent spring time weather. here is the overall outlook as far as the temperatures go. the next couple of weeks, for april 16th, through the 22nd, we see large area across the eastern us, with above average high potential. so there we go. likely seeing the temperatures warmer than average. moving through the second half of april. seventy for the high today. noticeably warmer than yesterday with sunshine. then tonight clear skies, not quite as cold, 52 should do it for the city. like i said, some mid four's out in the colder suburbsment tomorrow another great day. maybe day off if you are lucky enough, 78 degrees for the high temperature, 81 on tuesday, then we get the colds front through tuesday night. maybe stray shower, but behind the front, really not that cold. seventy still above average wednesday, keep it in the 60s through the ends of the week, maybe shower again friday. so jan, drying out, temperatures staying above average all week, not bad headed into easter weekends. >> i'll take colds front if it looks like that. >> yes. >> only if it looks like that. >> right? >> thanks, justin.
