5:00 hour. i'll let you know as soon as it does so. construction route 95 near route 320, see neighbors throughout driving around, overall looking okay. now, this is small sinkhole that opened up yesterday. repairs are being done, jim mentioned this up at the desk moments ago. seventeenth street right now is closed between walnut and locust. you will have to use alternate, 15th or 18th is your best bet, maneuver around, heads up, crews are out there repairs underway. then we have construction crews out there also. pa turnpike eastbound between willow grove, bensalem, left lane is blocked there, jim, back over to you. >> thank you, meisha. as meisha just mentioned, trouble for center city commuters small sinkhole has 17th street close from the walnut to locust. hole opened up near rittenhouse square, says service line to building in the area broke. the line is larger than a residential line, and 17th street will remain closed at least until repairs are complete. that could be this afternoon or possibly even later. >> also, new this morning, philadelphia police are investigating gunfire in west

philadelphia. it left 34 year old man dead in the street. it happened just after 2:00 a.m. on the 4100 block of brown street in the belmont section. that's where police found the victim shot multiple times, including at least once in the head. investigators say they do believe the victim was the intended target, was likely shot at point blank range. so far, no arrest haves been made in this case. >> authority are also questioning several possible witnesses to a deadly shooting inside home in kensington. this happened at about 10:00 last night. on 1900 block of east venango street. police say they arrived to find man lying on a kitchen floor, with a gunshot wound to the head. he was rushed to the hospital where he died a short time later. crime scene personnel, homicide detective on location processing the scene, detective talking to the residents and individuals that are inside that location to see if they can determine exactly what occurred. >> now, police are still unsure if the victim lived at the home where the shooting happened. so far, no word on a motive.

>> driver is recovering this morning, after his suv crashed into bucks county home, happened about 8:30 last night on the 700 block of overlook drive warminster. rescue crews feed the driver from the vehicle, he was taken to the hospital; expected to be okay. authorities are still trying to figure out what caused this crash. >> bail set at $1 million for montgomery county man accused of physically abusing his two children. lower providence township police say joseph tortured his children, now ages 11 and 13, insider the family home in collegeville. children told investigators their farther abused them for years, it included forcing them to sleep in smallwood dollars box was air holes, shocking them with a electric dog collar. >> absolutely haneous charges in a area where we are, we are not accustomed to anything like this by any means. and when it does happen, it shocks our conscious, and everybody else involved. >> charges against him include 12 counts of aggravated

assault, police began their investigation after his wife was hospitalized for a fractured skull. we are learning more about a fatal police involved shooting in new castle county. investigators say officers went to an apartment march 29th to investigate a possible stolen car. when they got there, police say, leroy brown jumped from a third floor window, ran to the stolen car, then smashed it into a police cruiser. a police officer then shot brown. earlier that day, brown was injured in philadelphia during g another officer-involved shooting. >> well, closing arguments are set for today in the trial of three girls charged in a fight at a delaware high school, that left another student dead. sixteen year old amy joyner francis died last april after the fight at howard high school of technology in wilmington. before testimony wrapped up yesterday afternoon a pediatric cardiologist testified that joyner-francis suffered from a rare heart condition that had gone undetected by doctors. two former aides to new jersey governor chris christie have filed notice that they intend to appeal the verdicts in last november's so-called
