it is all part of every investigation. >> o'donnell is charged with burglary and theft. police make a disturbing gun bust in gala way township. investigators confiscated these parts for semiautomatic ar15 rifle from a 16 year-old boy. he was arrested after someone tipped off police on wednesday investigators say that they also seized hallow point ammunition for 40 caliber gun, and cocaine. police did not say why they believed the teenager had the gun parts. montgomery county district attorney's office say they have rooftop burglar who broke into five businesses beginning in early february. investigators say that jose, stole more than $100,000 in cash, jewelry, and a handgun, in five separate burglaries. authorities say that he conspired with a juvenile and got into the businesses through sky lights, duct work and in one case, he even scaled a drain pipe. >> in a number of these cases, tools of the trade of a

burglar were used and when each of the individual was april apprehended, they were able to find, you know, evidence that corroborated what was seen in the video surveillance. >> he faces multiple charges, including, multiple counts of burglary, criminal trespass and criminal conspiracy. a preliminary hearing for the man is scheduled for april 25th. three teen girls learned their fate today in the trial over a 2016 bathroom fight that left a classmate, dead. a delaware judge convicted one , 17 year-old girl of criminally negligent homicide: she is seen in the cell phone video beating amy joyner francis inside a bathroom at howard high school of technology in wilmington. judge ruled that the teen caused her classmate's death who had a rare undiagnosed heart condition her attorney spoke after this morning's ruling. >> she has difficult road ahead of him for sure and that is why we feel deep sadness

fourth war in the nba but they have improved. today the team met with the media and for the first time in forever we spoke with the first overall pick ben simmons out all year with the foot injury and says even though he didn't play, he still learned a lot. >> it was a lot of ups and downs but day in and day out i learned a lot just being around the guys and learning the system and gave me a great opportunity to learn the game. i had a whole season where i could just learn. flyers players held their end of the season media avail wilt two days ago after failing to make playoffs. today general manager ron hextall spoke about the season and disappointment not making the playoffs. >> we're disappointed. we have a good hockey team. certainly good enough hockey team to make the playoffs and we didn't make the playoffs. so there is a part of me that, you know, there is some failure there. now to be successful sometimes
