air moving in the middle of the after atmosphere and pushes it down at the surface. today temperatures holding out in the mid to upper 60's, shower chance at 9:00, high of mid 60's at the shore. better chance to see showers earlier or later this afternoon in the poconos with a high of 59 but most areas we will see passing shower during the night time hours. we will talk about that easter sunday forecast and how long this heat will last in the seven day in a few minutes, back to you. >> thanks, justin. now that developing story, overturned tractor trailer causes a large fuel spill, "eyewitness news" reporter anita oh is live in northern liberties at the scene of that spill, how is it looking, anita? >> reporter: good morning, jan , crew are are still working to clean up this fuel spill as you can see behind me officials say this large tractor trailer, collided with a black bmw, causing this large fuel spill thaw can actually still smell here, and crews were working to sweep away some of the debris, and a

tow truck is working right now on dragging that flat cara way which as you can see in the video it does have extensive damage to the front, and driver's side but luckily there are no injuries, to report, and that it is all happening around 2:20 this morning on third and spring garden streets. it does look like the driver of this tractor trailer was trying to turnout of a parking lot when it collided with this car, and it is still early at this hour so not many cars out but they have, blocked off, second and third streets here, on spring garden, so if you are heading out this way this morning you will want to keep that in mind. live from northern liberties, anita oh for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> we will check back with you , thank you. within person is in serious condition, in morning, following a house fire in montgomery county. fire fighters, found smoke, flames, coming from this home when they first arrived just before 7:00 last night. this is at allentown road and woodland drive, police say the house was occupied at the time

so far we know one person was hospitalized and is in serious condition. new this morning, police are investigating an accident in philadelphia's fishtown section. officers responded to this scene on the 1400 block of beach street, just before 2:30 a red sedan was completely flipped over, pieces of that car could be seen there on the sidewalk. a three three-year old man was brought to the hospital and he is expected to be okay. philadelphia police are investigating what cause aid crash that killed two people on roosevelt boulevard. the women were passengers in a suv that police say slammed in the back of the tractor trailer on friday. it was parked legally on the boulevard, near b street, and the deadly crash comes just days after injury attorneys released a study on the 150 most dangerous intersections in philadelphia, about a dozen intersections on that list are on roosevelt boulevard, that worries neighbors in feltonville. >> i'm always concerned about accidents here and it is

targets another. craig boswell for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". meantime we're getting our first look at the moment that 11-ton bomb his isis fire in eastern afghanistan this video from the defense department shows the bomb hitting a mountain that send a mushroom shaped cloud of smoke and debris in the sky. the bomb killed 36 isis fighters, isis has built tunnels and caves in the mountains for protection. he so-called mother of all bombs was largest non-nuclear weapon. carnival increased security after a huge fire. philadelphia police are continuing to look for the attackers. this morning, heading out for morning jog, bike ride, walking the dog, heavier coat or light jacket. temperatures holding out in the 40's but nice and dry and no breezy conditions to deal with this morning. wind chills, not too bad, we will go out check out the temperatures right now across the region and start off in the south. we are in the lower 50's in the coast, 50 in wildwood, ocean walter temperature slowly warming up, lower 50's on average this time of the year but as a surfer you need 5-millimeter wet suit with temperatures like that and air temperatures in the 60's. thirty-nine in pemberton. forty-one in swede bureau, new jersey. around the city upper 40's in the airport. still some cold spots, surrounding suburbs there, around 40 degrees, in parts of the interior south jersey. same deal just to the north and west, into pennsylvania we will go to quakertown, 39 degrees, 49 though in reading. so all depend where you are this morning, but we will start off with some sunshine during the morning hours, we will see clear skies for the most part right now, but some cloud do thicken up to the south and west. it is a warm front. it will bring that big time

heavily traveled roadways, roosevelt boulevard, investigators say an suv slammed into a parked tractor trailer on the boulevard near d street in feltonville. "eyewitness news" reporter alycia nieves picks up the story. >> reporter: little before 9:00 in the morning a deadly crash on roosevelt boulevard. >> we're seeking out witnesses , and trying to do everything that we can to get to the route of this. >> reporter: police say this tan suv driving northbound near d street somehow swerved, slammed in the parked tractor trailer. one man was taken to the hospital, and two women died. >> i'm always concerned about accidents here, and it is always because of that because they allowed cars to park on the boulevard and why. >> reporter: people are upset with park ago long the busy boulevard, and speeding. >> they don't see the speed limit. you know, you see cars flying here especially at night, 50, 60 miles an hour. they just don't know, that something need to be done. >> reporter: police say tractor trailer was legally

parked here, operator was asleep at a hotel nearby. victims of the crash are identified as marshay flowers heart and 25 year-old asia who will instant, both died on the scene, as for the man in the suv, he was taken to the hospital with a broken hip but he is in stable condition. in feltonville, alycia nieves for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". pennsylvania governor tom wolf is now calling on philadelphia district attorney seth williams to resign, following thursday's suspension of williams law license. wolf says that philadelphia need a district attorney fully focusing on and legally capable of executing the d.a. 's important duties. williams is facing federal corruption charges and has entered a not guilty plea, and the d.a. will now continue to handle his offices administrative duties while assistants take over legal matters. ride sharing services could soon be, again in the cross hairs, of the philadelphia parking authority tempers are flaring over short

brought to the brandywine spca in west chester county. >> over population problem in puerto rico is at a crisis level. only 8 percent come out of the shelters alive. there is a massive stray problem with over 300,000 stray dogs on the streets. >> reporter: rescue mission went into action last week when animals were flown from san juan, puerto rico to fort lauderdale, florida. in florida they were met by a groove of volunteers who made sure every animal made it to the shelter safe ape sound. >> it was a very, very long trip from our team drove up thee coast. >> reporter: linda with the brandywine spca said they are more than happy to open up their doors for cats and dogs who made the long trek. >> when we have extra space we want to help where ever we can these animal would have never had a chance for family without us. this is why we do this work. >> reporter: journey for these cats and dogs still has a way to go, brandywine spca is now looking for forever homes for these fury friend. >> these animals are really friend i, they are ready to go in the home. what we will do here is medically assess them today
