today. a ceremony yal candle was lit after midnight for the 32 students and faculty members gunned down by a fellow student marking the deadliest in history. a man in his soon to be wife, they were nearly missing their wedding when they were booted from a united airlines flight in houston, michael said the trouble started after he and his fiance boarded their flight. a man was sprawled out on their seats napping so with multiple open rows they took empty seats. but united considered the role an economy plus upgrade. >> a marshal came back, not more than two minutes later and removed us from the plane. we got to the gate and asked why. and they said because we were in the wrong seats and being disruptive. in a statement, united said these passengers repeatedly attempted to sit in upgraded seating and would not follow

through instructions to return to their assigned seats. they did not move at all, the couple were eventually flown to their destination on a different flight. volunteers made easter a lot brighter for new parents in chesterfield. st. luke's hospital helped them by getting newborns in their care snuggled up in decorated costumes, they spent the whole year creating three these cute little out fits. >> as kids all over the united states hunted for easter eggs some children in wisconsin took part in one of the most unique in the country. it held its second annual under ground egg hunt. they helped light up the 1 million-year-old cave as parents and children made their way through the aging maze. today, it is easter sunday and for many who observed the holiday across the region, at time to reflect a time of

record high temperature for today, that was 90 degrees, we didn't get quite that warm this afternoon, we got to 87, officially here in philadelphia. and across the rest of region, feeling like the summertime rather than spring, that's for sure. trenton came in 86. the atlantic city area was the warm spot across the region, came in at 88. 86 treading. we were warm, poconos to the shore, great day if you could be outside. temperatures currently still extremely warm still we have above average. 78 degrees. northwesterly wind is the indication that the cold front officially gone through the metro area but it's very breezy, 17 miles an hour winds continue to pump in what should hopefully be some cooler air for us and that will cool things more tonight, not so much tomorrow but as we get into the rest of the work week, seasonal temperatures out there have not there's the cold front extend south of boston through new york

city down towards dc/baltimore but lots of dry air, even though the front is coming through, the dry air is eating away. no real shower chances for us currently. there's a little bit of precipitation we're seeing around doylestown town and back into where is the trenton area, that's kind of the remaining moisture where we could see a few sprinkles. overall it doesn't look like the philadelphia metro area will get too much to find the but a few spotty showers can't be completely ruled out future weather for us cloudy skies definitely by tomorrow morning, you can see maybe a few light showers developed across the areaing definitely not a wet drive but be careful if you wake up and see precipitation, there could be residual moisture. by lunch time, another light chance for showers, cloud cover and clears out as we get through the afternoon, sunshine through parts of monday and we'll see warmer conditions on monday afternoon before we get a little bit more seasonal as we get to

tuesday, where the sunshine will definitely be in the forecast, wednesday, a frontal system kind of sits just off to our west. and that will allow for shower chances to enter back into the forecast. of course the seasonal temperatures will be acknowledging it. for tonight, 63 we're very mild maybe an isolated shower or possibility. up to 74, ten degrees as we move through the day, forecast, 67 on tuesday afternoon. we'll look for nice day there, 43 for the overnight low, tuesday night into wednesday morning, so much more kind of seasonal nighttime hour there and then quickly back up to near 70 by thursday. then we could also see maybe again a couple more 60's. not too bad. >> not at all. thank you so much, matt, we appreciate it. phillies down in dc. >> on the road. and the nation's
