>> it's not real. >> i feel like my heart is going to stop. good morning from the studio 57 newsroom at cbs news headquarters here in new york. good to be with you. i'm anne-marie green. breaking overnight a cleveland man who threatened to kill as many people as possible remains o the run. police say he shot and killed a 74-year-old man and posted it on facebook. he livestreamed the moments after the killing but police have not been able to catch up with him. people around cleveland are urged to call 911 if they see the suspect but those in several other states are to be on the lookout. >> i've killed 13 people and i'm going to keep killing till they catch me. >> steve stephens posted the alleged murder on facebook on

president trump promised to label it. he tweeted why would i call them a manipulator when they're working with us on the north korean problem. and during his ten-day tour vice president pence will travel to tokyo where he's expected to hold more talks on the north korea issue. anne-marie? well, protesters in more than 150 u.s. cities over the weekend called on president trump to release his tax returns. >> we want to know, who do you owe. >> but he wasn't very interested in their demands. instead he took to twitter saying, quote, someone should look into who paid for the small organized rallies yesterday. the president is the first in more than 40 years not to release his tax returns. and the search for an 8-year-old boy will resume today in the waters off florida's east coast. the child disappeared saturday

in the rough surf of new smyrna beach. he was with his 11-year-old sister who tried to save him. she had to be rescued by lifeguards. but they found no sign of the boy. searchers looked all day yesterday with helicopters and boats scanning the ocean. >> it only takes seconds, just seconds, to just change your life forever. >> the national weather service said high winds were in effect at the time of the boy's disappearance. in syria the death toll has risen in the bombing of a bus convoy carrying evacuees. at least 126 people were killed in saturday's blast. that's according to a human rights monitoring group. one report attributed the carnage to a car bomb. the victim hadden been waiting to cross on friday but the process was thwarted by a stalled agreement.

supporters took to the streets to celebrate. the result is expected to have a big effect on turkey's long-term political future, but opposition groups are claiming fraud and planning to challenge the result. among the changes head the prime minister's office will be abolished handing sweeping executive powers to the president. united airlines will no longer let crew members displace customers who already boarded the airplane. it comes after video showed a passenger being forcibly removed from a united express flight because he wouldn't surrender his seat to make way for crew members. video of the incident sparked outrage. a member must now make a booking at least an hour before departure. well, coming up on the "morning news" now, filling out the high court.
