home in the olney section, it happened just after 2:00 on the 5900 block of north seventh street, across from fisher park, police say 27 year-old victim was shot in the back and shoulder. officers rush him to the hospital where he is listed in stable condition, but no arrests have been made. we are behind on the video , we apologize for that. woman is seriously hurt after she was struck by a police cruiser in the kensington section of the philadelphia accident happened yesterday afternoon at a small park in the 3,000 block of f street, police say an officer investigating another incident backed up his cruiser, striking it would man. >> went ahead and backup. >> female was behind the vehicle and police vehicle struck that female. >> cell phone video shows two officers carrying woman to the cruz tore take her to the hospital. police say it is unclear if the victim had been standing or sitting at the time that she was hit. in other news, an autopsy will be performed today an steve stephens, so-called, facebook killer. police say stephens took his own life after a police chase

ended in a crash in erie, pennsylvania yesterday. stephens had just left a mcdonald's drive through where an employee recognized him and called police. workers tried to stall stephens by making him wait for his frenchfries. >> it looked like he was nerv ed up, little agitated and just didn't want to wait. he said he had to go. >> i just killed himself right there in that car. >> stephens has been on the run since sunday when police say he shot and killed 74 year-old robert godwin, senior in cleveland and posted video of the crime on facebook. happening today closing arguments in the trial of the eric frein, man accused of ambushing state police in the poconos in 2014. prosecutors rested their case yesterday and defense called no witnesses. frein is accused in the shooting death of corporal brian dick-sons. police trooper alex douglass was also critically injured but took the stand during frein's trial. he could face the death penalty. overseas now vice-president mike pence is in the middle of his tour of asia. earlier he visited aircraft

water supply issue which made the fire fight difficult. one fire fighter suffered a minor injuries while battling the blaze, the fire is now under control, and the cause remains under investigation. in other news, fbi has stepped into help with the investigation into a triple murder on tuesday that authorities in california, are calling a hate crime. the three victims killed in fresno why white, suspect is black, here's correspondent reid binion. >> reporter: total of 16 round were fired. fresno chief of police detailing deadly shooting spree that rocked the city on tuesday. >> we had three people shot and killed and one person shot at. that was less than two minutes in the city of fresno. >> reporter: police say 39 year-old corry mohammad chose his victims at random. shootings taking place within a block and a half of each other in downtownes from mow. >> we had an immediate response from our officers, one of the officers was traveling eastbound and he saw a black male running southbound on fulton. >> reporter: police say mohammad surrendered,

president and ceo of the museum of the american revolution and thinks michael quinn here. hates been such a long time coming, this is one of the masterpiecees, inside, what are we looking at behind us here. >> you are looking at george washington's war 10t and it is truly crown jewel of the museum. this 10t has such a pur full story to tell. what it really represents is george washington's leadership during revolutionary war. as far as we can determine this is only 10t to survive from the revolution and that is because washington chose to take it home with him at the end of the war, he took it home to mount vernon and it was treasured, preserved by his family until it was acquired by our predecessor organization, in 1907. >> wow. >> reporter: as a result, this 10t really represents washington's dedication to the army, his determination to win , through exultation and
