way up to the art museum, parkway, now shutdown, including the outer lanes, which were open yesterday morning. also, up, this is new attraction here, that we've seen this morning, the entrance gate that people will have to go to. this is just before 21st street. but if you are planning to come down here, you definitely do not want to drive that goes without saying, right? there are road closures about everywhere you turn, here is a few of the major once, mlk drive closes at sweet briar. it will open for the morning commute thursday and friday. kelly drive also will be closed from the art museum, to fairmount. now here is a good rule of thumb. if it boarders the art museum, or leads up to the art museum it is most likely closed. the nfl is not only taking over the city streets, but also, the skyline, the serous sent letter play big roll during the draft. take a listen. >> here is the big one. that will change with the team that's on the clock, solo go will be up there, throughout this site, have everything changing with the colors on the clock, so you will know if you look up that philly is on the clock by all of the green

streets. the blaze eventually grew to two alarms, we're toll nobody was hurt, and there is no word yet on how the fire started. >> in delaware, the state fire marshall is investigating a house fire that left an elderly man in critical condition. chopper three over 21 belmont drive in mill creek, new castle county last night, the flames broke out just after 10:00. firefighters pulled the 87 year old man from the home. the fire was under control before 11:00. >> a west philadelphia elderly couple is attack and robbed, and now police hope you can help them track down the culprits. take a look, surveillance video shows the man investigators say tracked william ralph now as he ran errands last wednesday. after he bought lottery tickets police say the man harassed him for money, followed him, then attacked him and his wife in their home. >> he pushed me down -- started punching. >> first of all it is a 86 year old man on a cane, co-have taken himself -- to punch him in the face, then

unrest in beanies all a. thousands shut down the main highway yesterday in the capitol, they were protesting the administration of president nicholas madruro. pro government rallies, as well, now the team was mostly peaceful, but some demonstrating through stones at police. two shot, and protests elsewhere in the country 23 people in total have died there, in protests since march. >> out in arizona, firefighters from multiple agencies continue to battle wild fire that's south of tuscon quickly gaining grounds. >> since it began, saturday, that fire has nearly doubled in size, scorching more than 7,000 acres of land. at last check crews had that blaze about 7% contained. officials say the fire is being fueled by dry weather. >> we're seeing a lot more flashing fuels, the grasses, the fine grasses, low humidity, the winds does dry it out, not only the heat, seeing that with increased winds. >> so far no structures have burned but 35 homes are on pre evacuation notice.

>> well, all the rain moving into our area today really hit the south hard. >> folks in berks county north carolina woke to up this yesterday morning, 2 feet of water surrounding their trailer homes. many were spared, and the water didn't actually make it into their home, several cars left stranded. in just two days that region had seen more rain than they normally get a month. >> how about it? >> incredible, wading in the watt their. >> see that radar, loop, the image, it spins, it seems it is coming up from the carolinas, katie that's headed our way? >> absolutely. now, i don't think we have to deal with this for as long a the folks in the carolinas did. if you remember yesterday, about the same time, that swat of rain was still over the carolinas. down into south carolina, too, since moved at least little further north. but there is still real soaking rain coming through north carolina even as we speak. thankfully that storm will start to move out of the region, but i think they'll still unfortunately have to deal with additional accumulating rain before completely out of the woods here, but that's headed our way. we start things offer looking
