on his clean socks which proved he was carried and did not walk more than half mile from his father's apartment. the walk was repeated by another three year old wearing the same socks as brendan, those socks were present in the court as a comparison. >> new overnight, arkansas has executed it fourth inmate in eight days, 38 year old kenneth williams died by lethal injection last night, before the execution he apologized to the families of college cheerleader he killed in 1998 and deputy warden he killed while he caping from prison three weeks into his sentence in 1999. arkansas scheduled eight executions over 11 day period before one of the lethal injection drugs expires sunday. >> the alleged organizer of this dangerous bike ride on the vine street expressway in philadelphia is under arrest. authority are not releasing the suspect's name because he is a minor. they say he told investigators the group was out on sunday afternoon to celebrate his birthday. police have charged him with disorderly conduct, and a couple of summary offenses. well, happy birthday. >> and up next: the big

the security is incredibly tight in the best way. so big shout out to philly finest and all of the other folks doing their part to secure the event. they did a great job. obviously no incident yesterday. so my personal thanks to you, because i felt very safe down there. i think you will, too, if you go to check out the event. let's check in with the eyewitness weather watchers, reporting some really, really mild air. you have got mainly 60s to report across the region as a whole. we jump many on in, zero in across spots in new jersey, where we are currently finding any of the wet weather. at the moment, robert stewart reporting just a lot of clouds overhead. did he say that there was a little bit of rain that had already moved on through, his dew point somewhat higher, 51 degrees, as of his report. so let's take you little further inland here. we want to go back in toward philadelphia, 64 comes in this morning from john hagman, generally finding a lot every clouds overhead, did he say, there was no rain, or at least as of his report, but the grounds is wet. tell tell sign in fact a round

every light rain, generally scattered showers here, in the last few hours, so at the moment, right on the tail end of the loop, mainly an ocean monmouth county concern, southeastern burlington county also a little damp at this hour. but this is the back edge of a fizzling front. so we are clearing out nicely, having just been out on the cbs-3 skydeck, i can ' test to that, things clearing out overhead already. meanwhile, you have new system starting to get its act together across the central planes. >> this will drag the next frontal boundery into our region. it will come in initially as warmfront. so we will warm up in a very big way. today, already, very warm by the way. as the morning races are getting underway at the penn relays, likely be little bit of cloud cover. overall very pleasant day coming up here, the afternoon, requires, sunglasses for the spectators, and lot and lots of hydration for everyone. 84 degrees, this afternoon. now, tomorrow is the day that we peak with that warmth, 87 the high, the records to beat is 90. so we come controls. i don't think we will quite make it, and then a huge drop off of 20 plus degrees, as a

lot more cloud cover works it way on in by sunday. meisha? >> today looks gorgeous, katie. good morning, everyone, happy friday to you. so i'm going to switch our attention to overturned vehicle here. so this is the ram from passyunk avenue, to the schuylkill westbound. all lanes blocked clearly. you can see that now. one lane was just kind of squeezing by. now all lanes are block. this is going to slow you down. we will start to get some gaper delay. start to get the backups, a lot of people walking around, for awhile there they were allowing people to squeeze by. no more. if you were thinking, and have to take the ramp from passyunk avenue to the schuylkill westbound, do you not want to do that, will not be able to get by, i'm just hoping no one is putting on that reverse and going back up that ramp. it is not going to happen. so heads up on this. this does not look good. and most likely out there for little bit. then we have a serious accident in clayton, new jersey, downed utility pole. route 47 delsea drive closed academy street. alternate route 55, fries mill road will be your best bet. another accident in
