specially through the western suburbs, northern suburbs at the moment outside every philadelphia. so, we had one batch of rain. clearly is departing, already see the leading edge of more rain on the way, more moisture lift in from the south. so there is more rain obviously that's going to be impacting us with time here today. but here is the thing. this is going to be one of those forecast that is generally splits the evening none two again. i think teshly have the city on southeast, best chance to see rain. >> this will be very sharp cut off, generally speaking, so you may be just one county away, and it is totally dry all day, all night, whereas one county to the south or east you have some rain, could some soak you at the time. temperatures mid 50's, western suburbs, 61 at the airport, very modest winds flow, barely notice it, so it is pretty comfortable, that said, but gone ticket a heck of a lot of sunshine, best place to find the sun north and west of philly. so going up to the poconos, lucky you, you ends up with pretty nice day here, should hit 73 in the city again with some of the showers starting to nudge in.

in other news this morning, philadelphia police will have extra patrols following after school brawl in juniata park that injured an officer and led to three arrests. >> this happened yesterday afternoon near septa's erie-torresdale station. police say an officer trying to break up a fight was knocked to the ground. he suffered a rib injury. philadelphia and septa transit police eventually broke it up. >> so getting off of the el, some got off the el, came down here, fighting with some of the students who were trying to get up on to the he will. so they had a fight out here. an officer got injured in the melee. there was two juveniles arrested for that. and then there was another fight around the corner, another juvenile was arrested for that. >> police say east detective will take a look at possible charges. a man is behind bars this morning, following an unprovoke attack on disable man, in chester county. surveillance cameras captured the disturbing incident. take a look. >> this happened outside this 7-eleven store, west chester, may 106789 police say 29 year old barry baker mocked a man with cerebral palsy numerous times before punching him. the injured victim managed to
