on a terror network in connection with the deadly suicide bombing in manchester. photos first published in the "new york times" showed the bomber, salmon abedi friday night. they found blue material at the bombing scene. authorities conducted raised in the u.k. one man was arrested for carrying a suspicious package and a woman arrested to an apartment building, abedi's father and brother being held in libia, the other in a u.k. bar before humphries and her husband neil own springer's homemade ice cream in stone harbor. mrs. humphries was ejected from a car during a freak accident in the driveway of her daughter's home in wayne. mr. humphrey was seriously injured. the cause is still being investigated. two addiction counsellors in a halfway house in chester county died of opioid.

they were found in their rooms at the freedom ridge recovery lodge. they tested positive for heroin and fennal. they tried to revive one of the counselors but were successful. jury selection is complete in bill cosby's criminal assault trial. they've agreed on the jury as well as the alternates. the jury is comprised of seven men and five women, two african-americans are among the 12 on the jury. cosby goes to trial june 5th in montgomery county on charges he drugged and molested andrea constand in 2004. something is taking shape along the schuylkill river in philadelphia. drone watch 3 over the structure earlier but the question is, what is it? we now know crews started working on it the beginning of the week >> we sent greg argos to find out what this is and why it's here in philly. >> it really is a site to see on the banks of the schuylkill, a wooden and metal structure, 40 feet tall, yards from the

"eyewitness news" >> i want the go on a trip now. i'm packing my bag >> we saw that plane take off there at the end and that sunlight. can we get some of that >> can we take off into sunshine? we all would like that after this dreary week and month, four inches of rainfall in philadelphia, guess what? more is on the way. so get ready. but as we get a live look at center city, philadelphia, all is dry for the moment, clouds in place as they had been much of the date, couple of peaks of sunshine but that was about it. temperatures are cool. 60, winds out of the east around 12 miles per hour, a little bit of a breeze, we've had this easterly wind flow off the atlantic keeping temperatures down and keeping that moisture in place, and step outside, you can i feel the atmosphere is prime for rain that will be moving in. temperatures right now are mild spot is reading, 62. 54 in mount pocono. 61 in allentown. chilly temperatures along the coast, generally in the mid to

upper 50's because of that on shore flow. ocean temperature right now, 59 degrees. we do have the stronger easterly wind flow wind gusts upwards of 25 to 27 miles per hour in cape may and rehoboth beach. and because of that, persistent and kind of stronger on shore wind flow, coastal flood advisory in. be advised could see minor flooding, coastal flooding during this time frame. stormscan 3 showing us locked in with a cloud cover but creeping off to the south and west. here comes the leading edge of the swath of presumption, imbedded thunderstorms rolling their way up towards delaware, moving into southern and central delaware within the next hour, the rain is going to start falling, there's much more where that came from. kind of being encompassed or surrounded by moisture that's going to continue to barrel to the north and east, and give us a good soaking as we head throughout the overnight period, so tonight breezy, showers and imbedded thunderstorms, low temperature at 57. then tomorrow, more rain as we

head to the morning hours widespread rain will get a little bit of a break toward midday and scattered thunderstorms redeveloping into the afternoon, high temperature around average at 74. of course, the big point in the weather forecast it's going to be soggy over next 24 hour, future weather showing us widespread rain early tomorrow morning, this is your 6:00 commute. pockets of heavy rain fall, widespread in nature, 8:00 not much better, impose into midday, the rain tapering off and we'll see breaks of sunshine as we head into the afternoon hours. don't let your guard down if you do see the thunderstorm, they won't be at widespread but these could be much more potent than the morning hours, we could see a couple of stronger storms and isolated before this winds down as we head into early friday morning, keep an eye to the sky tomorrow, widespread morning heavy rain and some midday
