later. >> i'm curious. >> i'm sick and tired of you guys. good morning from the studio 57 newsroom at cbs news headquarters here in new york. good to be with you. i'm anne-marie green. the dragnet for potential acome palace of auburn hillss linked to the deadly bombing is growing. eight men possibly connected to the attack including a brother of suspected brother salman abedi are in custody. s he father and other brother are arrest in libya and 22 victims of the attack will be remembered with a moment of silence today. teri okita is in manchester this morning. good morning. >> reporter: hi. increased security has bumped up this morning. we're seeing at least seven or eight police officers in this

area alone, some of them armed. we're going to see more of that increased security in crowded places like this because they have upped the terror level to critical in the uk. manchester's chief constable has told us he'd made the point this is a network. it's not just salman abedi acting alone. we're also hearing he was not only radicalized in syria and libya but right here in manchester. authorities in the uk have made two more arrests this morning trying to track down accomplices of manchester arena bomber salman abedi. at least six others were picked up in northern and central england wednesday including abedi's brother. another brother of abedi and abee de's father who both live in libya have also been detained. >> reporter: british officials

say this video shows abedi at a shopping mall last friday possibly buying the backpack he used to detonate the bomb this week. it revealed a sophisticated device that used screws, and a detonator. police remain focused on finding the bomb maker who they say may still be at large. amid ongoing investigation people here in manchester and throughout the uk are refusing to let the attack keep them from going on with their daily lives. football fans who faced tight security erupted in cheers yesterday as manchester united defeated ajax amsterdam in the final soccer game. pop star aryan na grande was scheduled to perform today and tomorrow. they decided to suspend the

tour. they said, quote, our way of life has once again been threatened, but we will overcome this together. each day we're learning more about the 22 victims in the attack. those identified range in age from 51 to 8. they were moms picking up kids from concert, teenage super fans of ariana grande and, of course, 8 yard saffie rose roussos who was at the concert with her mom and sister. eileen mcleod, 17-year-old holy rutherford and her boyfriend. last night, campbell spoke to the crowd about her daughter. >> i ask you to do the same.
