police say the boy's were gun down on 29,000 block of east orleans street. it happened around 9:30 last night. we're told the 16 year old boy who survived was shot in the shoulder. he's in stable condition no arrests made and officers still trying to figure out motive for this double shooting. staying in kensington, philadelphia police also trying to solve two other murders, the victims are sister and brother, florence, and rape fin i found dead sunday morning, police say both found shot in the head, in their home, on the 1900 block every clearfield street. >> i don't know who did it or nothing, i wish i could tell you all who did it but i don't know. >> if you have any information about these murders, philadelphia police say, please give them a call. >> 5:35, in business news, hottest new summer drink hitting stores for limited time. >> things getting back to normal at british airways after big computer issue. jill wagner joins us live from the new york stock exchange,

just afternoon yesterday. when they spotted brian's boat they called him over, jumped in, within minutes, pulled the woman to safety. was along for the entire ride. >> i immediately called 911, and then came over to the dock, and she grabbed ahold of a branch, so i felt she could wait ann didn't go over and then they came and the rescue crew jumped in my boat, and we went across and grabbed her, then came back over. >> right place at the right time. now the woman was taken to reading trauma center for evaluation, still unclear how she ended up in the water in the first place. >> we now know the name of the navy seal killed during a fleet weight demonstration in jersey city. officials say special warfare operator first class remington peters died of injuries during a airborne demonstration on sunday. the navy says his power a shoot failed to open properly, and he landed in the hudson river. peters was part of the navy's parachute team the leap frogs. he was conducting coordinated jump noop liberty state park.

prussia. headlight moving in the eastbound direction, and of course, westbound side as well. really the eastbound side i'm keeping my eye on right now around king of prussia. starting to heat up levels. we can expect that now. as we approach the 6:00 hour. then we do have construction out here 422 eastbound the off ramp to route 23, going to be closed overnight, 7:00 p.m., to 12:00 a.m. through friday. so alternate, first off ramp your best bet there. and then restarting the vine construction, nobody likes this one. it is closed tonight. between broad street and the schuylkill, between 11 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. tuesday, wednesday, and thursday. so just a heads up it, might affect your morning commute just little bit. more construction about last week's water main break, and clearing today, third street closed between walnut and chest null until 4:00 p.m. today. expected to clear, so until then, you will have to use the alternates, fifth or seventh street, probably going to be your best bet. and more to talk about coming up in the next ten minute, jim, back over to you. >> world news isis claiming responsibility for a big explosion in central baghdad at least 15 people were

killed, 27 injured. investigators say the explosion came from a car, that was packed with explosives, and was set off by remote control. the explosion comes just days into the muslim holy month of ramidan, which is often marked by an increase in violence in iraq. >> a tragedy at a british zoo. a tiger has killed a zoo keeper and what officials are calling a freak accident. it happened in a enclosure at hammer ton zoo park, that's about 25 miles northwest of cambridge. police say the tiger did not escape, and no visitors were in danger. and an investigation is underway. >> the suspect accused of shouting racial slurs at two teen girls and killing two men on commuter train in portland oregon is due in court today. jeremy christian set to be arraigned on multiple charges including murder, he is accused of targeting teenage girl and her muslim friend. three men stepped in to defend the girls from christian's racial rant when he stabbed the men. two of the men died from their injuries, third recovering. known to authorities for his

he is a therapy dog. we greet passengers, crew members, people are on on a particular mission, which is to go places, and they have a lot on their mind, but whether they see a dog, something happens, inside. this is a stressful trip. i just saw her at a distance, and i told my son, oh, i need to go pet the dog. and as soon as i touched her fur, i just -- my stress went down couple of notches. >> at times, libby and i will have a small crowd around us. and she loves it, too, she likes to make people smile. >> oh, so sweet. >> nice to see that coming out of minneapolis, i had a friend diva, died of old age, but they're the best of dogs. >> i feel less stressed just watching that package. >> so cute. and -- >> coming up in the next half hour of "eyewitness news," need a vacation? you may be surprise today learn a growing number of
