>> yes. >> we're starting off june, we're talking about rain coming up. >> yeah. anyway, we will talk about a lot of construction and the visibility issues, katie, the fog out there in all camera shots. we cannot see what we are looking at. >> very poor visibility, lots of moisture, light wind, all of the ingredients necessary to allow that fog to form. i know your field cameras will be tough to pick out what we are looking at here over next couple of hours but taking a peak at storm scan is there activity to track but not necessarily locally on the radar but we have had some drizzle, we have had the fog, eventually some of this activity we are seeing will work its way through as well in the form of the shower or a thunderstorm. there could be a locally brief but heavy downpour with anything too, lots of moisture to work w lower 60's around, slightly cooler in trenton and then mount pocono but mild to start. wind still light. that will allow that fog to settle in. watch for that as you go to

doyletown, quakertown, upper 50's to report. as the day goes on the fog will lift eventually and we will brighten up for some sunshine. how about that. problem is it is not complete ly clearing out. shower, thunderstorm still in the card today, meisha. maybe umbrella, as well this morning. it will be a mixed bag. what we are looking at right now, video of that vine construction, so often and i know katie does not like construction. it effects so many people. the construction between schuylkill and broad street was closed for that construction. that has been lifted. why it is in place? today through thursday 11:00 p.m. through 5:00 p.m. because of that overhead bridge construction 18th street bridge being demolished which is last of the seven bridges over the vine. just a head up, it will linger through thursday. we can switch this. go outside. i want to show you blue route north bound between norristown and mid count that i left lane is block, due to flashing lights, we have cones, hopefully crews are moving that out of our way.

we are talking about speed restrictions because of the visibility issues new jersey turnpike between delaware, nyc , speed reduced to 45 miles an hour but that is not only place where we are seeing that dense fog but betsy ross bridge is also affected bye a lot of our camera shots we will talk about this coming up in a bit, jim, back over to you. we are following breaking news this morning in olney that is where a woman found her seven year-old daughter, with a bag over her head in the basement of their home. the child was rush to the hospital, in critical condition, and now this gets very confusing. police initially responded to that scene of the 5500 block of north american street for report of the stolen vehicle. right new we know police are searching for a 19 year-old family member whom the woman says took the car. that vehicle was later found, crashed and abandoned several blocks away. we will keep you up to dayton this story. meanwhile developing story inaugural flight non-stop for philadelphia to iceland has been cut short. full flight with mayor jim

kenney was divert todd boston earlier this morning due to technical problems. >> "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabao is live with more on the flight status, good morning, jan what do we know. >> reporter: rahel and jim, good morning. they are blaming this whole issue on technical problems but it is unclear exactly what happened here, so the spokesperson for iceland air tells us that the flight attendants and passengers alike near the back of the plane started smelling a weird odor. it smelled like rubber. pilots check it out and decided in an abundance of caution they should land the plane. lets look at video, this is path of ice landair flight 828 inaugural flight from philadelphia international airport to iceland was well on its way until these technical problems forced the plane to u turn to boston. spokesperson tells us it was a full flight and as soon as safety experts san give that plane the all clear airline will get them on their way to ice land. one of the passengers on board was philadelphia mayor jim kenney, mayor's office tells

us he is spending the night in boston. outcome is certainly a hard turn from last night this first ever, direct flight from philadelphia to ice land started with a whole lot of fanfare inside phl wednesday evening, celebration including champagne, cake, lots of pictures. well, two and a half hours in the flight passengers tell us that the crew made an announcement and they need todd land in boston. those travelers then found themselves in long lines for hotel vouchers, understandably , there was frustration and confusion, passengers are left wondering what went wrong and when they will get on their way again, lets listen. >> there wasn't anything weird about the plane, maybe a little bit hot. air conditioning issues. otherwise it was a relaxing flight. >> my friend and i had the seats in the back row. the problem seemed to becoming from the back of the plane. there was a weird smell when we got on the plane. >> reporter: these passengers this morning tell us it is

selected in bucks county court yesterday. jury instructions and opening statements are expect to day investigators found 11 girls in kaplan's feasterville home, including a 17 year-old allegedly gifted to kaplan by her parents, who face sentencing on endangerment charges. this morning woman near princeton university are on alert for a serial groper. police say woman walking on spruce street friday night was groped by a man, similar incident was captured on surveillance video last month. police say that the suspect, description, in both of the cases are similar. >> i feel like everybody, when you hear something like this, oh, if he came to me i would get him but who knows what would i do in that situation. >> police says since 2015 there have been five reports of the stocky man groping woman near the university campus. if you have any information about this case, give police a call. man is in custody this morning after barricading himself at his home in fairmount section of the philadelphia officers block off road around 26th and parish streets last night,

we are following breaking news, death toll is rising following a suicide blast in afghanistan. the explosion happened during the morning rush hour near several embassies and presidential palace in kabul. afghan officials say 80 people were killed and 350 people were wounded in the car bombing, so far no group has claimed responsibility, for the blast. well, police are charging a man with assault after they say he pulled out a fake gun at orlando international airport. authorities identified 26 year-old michael wayne as a suspect. we don't have a photo just yet form mare reen held a three hour standoff with, officers
